The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Zum Nachbarn sind wir 1 Kilometer entfernt und der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich in 6 Kilometer Entfernung. Es handelt sich um keine Luxusherberge, doch wer absolute Ruhe und ein Wanderparadies inmitten der schönsten Natur sucht, ist bei uns genau richtig! Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

Small beautiful apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.

Else's Stübchen

"Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. The EIFEL SUITE anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without sacrificing relaxed luxury. The EIFEL SUITE is barrier-free and adjoins the EIFEL HOUSE anno 1846. When booking both accommodations together, a great, large accommodation is created via the lockable connecting door.
