Casa situata nel cuore del Centro Storico di Cefalù, a 200 mt dal mare e 200 mt da Piazza Duomo. Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. We are in Mazzaforno, an exclusive hamlet 4 km from the center of Cefalù. The public beach of Mazzaforno, suitable for children, is 250m from the house and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Our villa is located on a private road and with 3 other houses we share direct and private access to the sea not suitable for children with the coast of flat rocks and sandy bottom. In about 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the sea without leaving the property (path + 58 steps).
