“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . Beautiful residence with heated pool, in the Madonie Park, with breathtaking views of the sea of Cefalù up to the Aeolian Islands. A 15-minute drive from the center, it has a living room with dining area, sofa, TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, one with a bathtub in the room, and two bathrooms with shower. The rooms are air-conditioned and there is a cast iron stove. Outside, there is a table with chairs, sofas, and umbrellas. Dinners with Chef Ignazio Messina and boat trips can be arranged.

We are in Mazzaforno, an exclusive hamlet 4 km from the center of Cefalù. The public beach of Mazzaforno, SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, is 250m from the house and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Our villa is located on a private road and with 3 other houses we share direct and private access to the sea not suitable for children with the coast of flat rocks and sandy bottom. In about 2 minutes on foot, you can reach the sea without leaving the property (path + 58 steps).
