When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Im Grünen und doch nah zu Bonn und Köln gelegene Unterkunft, ca. 60 m2, eigener Eingang, zusätzlich ca. 15 m2 Süd-Terrasse an einem großen Garten mit altem Baumbestand. Beachte bitte, dass sich durch die Nähe zum Garten auch einmal ein Insekt in die Wohnung verirren kann. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit zwei großen Zimmern, integrierter Küche , Flur und Bad. Die Nutzung der wohnungseigenen Sauna ist gegen eine geringe Gebühr möglich. Eine Nutzung des Gartens ist nach Absprache möglich.

The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.
