An extraordinary apartment where you immediately feel at home. The name "Himmelreich" (Kingdom of Heaven) fits perfectly! Great amenities, cozy sofa, large TV and many products that you did not have to bring! Everything as described, abundantly available. Balcony with plenty of sun and a location from which you can do a lot. Great tips from Sonja and much more! Simply top top top! We will definitely recommend the apartment. There is also a great shed with bicycles, where you can also store your own bikes. We had a great 11 days there - fantastic!

Incredibly well furnished and spacious apartment. The many loving details, the wonderful and complete kitchen equipment are to be emphasized. Super clean feel-good bathroom. It should also be mentioned that the check-in was completely simple and problem-free and Katrin had simply sent us understandable instructions in advance. It is also important to know that the cottage is located on a functioning farm, so there are quite large machines/storage on site. The surrounding landscape is beautiful and the surrounding towns are easy to reach by car or bicycle. We highly recommend the accommodation. We'd be happy to come back.

We had a magical weekend at the former lousy hotel. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space for the large and small guests, minimalist but nicely decorated and the charm of the old building may look like. There was also a garden for shared use, a sunny accommodation in great condition. And thanks to well-insulated windows, quiet, although a street goes in front of the door. The place is also beautiful, especially the park (stair garden with forest). We will be back!

We had a great time. Ursula is a great host, very friendly and attentive. The apartment is well furnished. Unfortunately, there is no real terrace (we could use the one from the other apartment) - but there are seating areas in the garden. Overall, it was very nice - therefore, we recommend it.

Very nice, clean apartment. Quietly located and a good starting point for excursions in the area. Everything you need was available in the apartment and the hosts were very nice and accommodating.

Anne's house is modern but still very comfortable. We felt very comfortable and they were quick to respond to messages. The fireplace was particularly cozy. The garden is huge and right on the lake, the sunrises were beautiful.

The apartment was exactly as described and desired. Super clean, very modern and a great rental. Communication was straightforward and flexible. We'll be back.

We (two adults + two children 4 and 5 years) felt very comfortable in Bernd's Achterkajüte! You can tell - in a positive sense! - that a private landlord is at work here, who cares about the well-being of his guests and the condition of his vacation property! From the very friendly welcome to the impeccable apartment (well photographed, as shown in the photos), the use of the spacious garden for playing football with the children, the family-friendly environment in Loddin with delicious restaurant (recommendation: Kikis Bootsverleih & Restaurant in Loddin), the good location on Usedom... We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

We had only checked in for one night to celebrate a birthday. Slightly different than expected from the photo of the house, the house is located in the village and on the left and right are more houses. Behind the house is the old farm, with chickens , rabbit goats and a pretty aviary. In the summer you can also stay in the garden and eat outside at tables with benches. For an outdoor coffee, the weather was just as good. We were welcomed so warmly that we immediately felt at home. Petra is a very nice hostess. Arrival and departure were handled very accommodating, even the day before us was blocked to allow an earlier arrival. There was even a delicious birthday cake from Petra. There were also tips for things to do. The Heiligengrabe monastery is very worthwhile. Wittstock is also worth a visit. However, we could not explore much more in the short time. It was a very nice short stay.

It was very nice...We thought it was really perfect. And would come back again and again.

We came across the booth houses by chance and are still very impressed by the cottage. Stylishly furnished, it had everything you needed, the absence of TV and dishwasher didn't bother us at all, as it was clearly and nicely communicated beforehand. We will definitely come back for a quiet break.

We had a wonderful weekend in the house! The view is really great and you can take super nice bike tours. Communication with Simone was great and flawless.

We spent wonderful Easter days with our two children (3 and 6 years) in Schmatzin. They were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden with swing, hanging handles and sandbox – a real paradise for playing and romping. We also felt completely comfortable in the house: it is very cozily furnished, offers a lot of space and had the best mattresses we have ever experienced in a vacation home. Admittedly, the agricultural vehicles are audible, but after a few nights you get used to it. (For our stay, however, there was also potato peeling) Our children slept upstairs towards the garden and were not disturbed by it. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet – we hardly saw the neighbors and didn't hear at all. The surroundings are scenically beautiful and offer numerous excursion options, so there is no guarantee that there is no boredom.

Super communication, top equipped house, clean, immaculate condition. You immediately felt comfortable and you noticed that the owners take care of this house and want to make the guests have a pleasant stay. Check out by 11 or 12 o'clock would be more relaxed and desirable.

We were on site with 6 adults with 2 children. It is a beautiful house, loving details, very thoughtful and everything there. We loved it and would have given more *stars*. Highly recommended!!!!!

Beautiful, quiet, private-feeling corner house. Everything is present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra reacted immediately and solved the problem. Lovely garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Many singing diverse birds! On the left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation Pelle. The property has everything you need and is very cozy. We had even spontaneously extended a day. Highly recommend

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was just like in the photos – clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially liked the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping facilities are right next door, the city center is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really only recommend the accommodation!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!
