From the separate 1200 sqm property in a village location, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the starry sky, as well as a wide choice of possible excursion destinations in a landscape and bird paradise or the swimming lake to visit. A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

We rent this beautiful apartment in our large, rustic farmhouse, which we have lovingly renovated exclusively with natural building materials. The apartment faces southeast and you can have breakfast in the morning sun. It has everything you need for cooking and when the moon rises you can light a small fire in the garden. In the Mecklenburg Lake District, there are an incredible number of great lakes and you can go cycling & hiking. Blankensee/Meckl. even has a train station.

Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by old trees on a large property, your carefully renovated apartment is on the second floor of the old Warbende parsonage. In the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District - with a private sauna on the edge of the field. In your apartment, there is a fireplace for cozy evenings. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 150 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people on two floors (3 bedrooms), a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bikes can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with a bakery/butcher shop and a canoe rental.

Time out at Lake Tollensee

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to disconnect from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee (a few minutes' walk away), which, with its clear water, invites you to swim or go stand-up paddling. Or to beautiful bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg gives many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.
