Sleep in the air-conditioned tiny house overlooking the cozy garden and enjoy cuddle time by the fireplace in the greenhouse living room. Cooking takes place in the covered outdoor kitchen. A special shower experience awaits in the beach house or, starting in the fall, in the separate "Wäschhüsli" basement. The dry toilet is right in the tiny house. The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

The apartment is freshly renovated, very bright through the large windows and modernly furnished. Living room is the attic and has mountain and lake views. The bus stops towards Friedrichshafen and direction Meersburg / Überlingen are right outside the door. The lake is 5 min and the outdoor swimming pool is 3 minutes walking distance. There are several restaurants (hotels, Thai snack, pizzeria etc.) in the area and all within walking distance.

Dear holiday guest, The apartment is 100 square meters and is equipped with a very bright and spacious living room, two bedrooms with double beds, the larger one has an extra bed, a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Living and sleeping rooms as well as the hallway are designed with natural wood floors. The renovated apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the historic city center of Meersburg.

The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake.
