Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away; Lake Constance is 10 minutes away. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. The ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth) can be reached within 40-60 minutes.

Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

So it is possible to get directly from the apartment with the elevator to the wellness area with pool and sauna. The Unteruhldingen pile dwellings are about a 20-minute walk away. We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
