The 3-room apartment has a separate entrance. In the entrance area there is a coat rack with a mirror. It has a separate door to the private bathroom and a door to the living-dining area. In the living area there is a new kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. A comfortable sofa and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, and toaster. The separate bedroom has a comfortable new double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with two tables and bedside lamps, a large wardrobe with extra pillows/duvets if desired. For more than 2 people, there is now an additional bedroom with a new double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with 2 bedside tables and a sideboard. The bedrooms are connected by door. The apartment is equipped with towels, bath towels, shower mats, and bed linen. We also offer a starter set of cosmetics, tea, coffee capsules, and a stocked refrigerator with water and orange juice.

Newly renovated apartment in a 100-year-old 3-family house, close to the city center and yet in a green neighborhood. The cozy apartment on the 3rd floor has two rooms with sleeping accommodations for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds). A crib and child seat are available if needed. A well-equipped kitchen overlooking the Neustadt, as well as the newly renovated bathroom/toilet with bathtub and shower with views of the Musegg towers and the old town, result in a pleasant feeling of living.

This place offers you an ideal base for exploring the city and region of Lucerne. You have your own parking space, the lake & the boat station are a few minutes' walk away. Within 10-15 minutes you can reach the old town and many other great places in Lucerne by bus. A few steps lead to the apartment, because the apartment is on the slope. The apartment is cozy and warm in winter and in summer the air conditioner provides additional cooling.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area with fantastic views of Lake Lucerne. The bus station is very close. Parking is available free of charge. Here you can enjoy the tranquility, but the city of Lucerne can be reached in a short time by bus or car. By bus it is approx. 25 minutes and 10-15 minutes by car. The area is ideal for exploring nature on foot or by bike. Opposite is a newly renovated playground.

But we can offer you a spacious, family friendly holiday apartment in an ancient farmhouse with 2 bedrooms and a living room. Own kitchen and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Ideal for families with children and groups of up to 4 adults. We live in the house ourselves and have two little boys.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
