This place far exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably decorated and had every amenity possible. The animals were an added bonus. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back.

We had a wonderful holiday. The gite is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need, and more. Genevieve is a warm and very helpful person. You have complete privacy, but she is always there to help if needed! We have rented many Airbnbs in the past, and this has definitely been one of the best experiences so far. If you are looking for peace, privacy, and a very well-equipped gite, don’t hesitate to boo this one. In our opinion, you won’t regret it! Thank you, Genevieve, and a hug from us for Swann 😀

Very nice stay in the heart of the Marais Poitevin. Quiet house, well exposed, and fresh despite the heat wave. Eric welcomed us.

We spent 6 days with our 2 children in this place and our stay was perfect! Peaceful and relaxing. Great view with a very large garden. An ideal and secure pool area. The spaces in the house are great, clean and everything is there. The hosts are adorable and available. I recommend 100% if you're looking to meet up with a quiet family.

The accommodation was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms which were larger than in the photos. The pool was a real plus. The location was very peaceful, almost cut off from the world. The hosts were very responsive. We had a lovely stay.

Nice house with a beautiful garden with trees at the back. Very well equipped. Less than 10 minutes from Saintes in a quiet place with walking paths nearby. I recommend it.

I couldn’t recommend Lucy’s place enough . Lovely location and the house was perfect. There was nothing that we might have wanted that wasn’t there. It’s so nice to stay somewhere that is so well equipped. It was spotlessly clean. The pool is fabulous and has lots of seating , inflatables etc. Beds were very comfortable. Lucy herself was lovely, friendly and helpful. I have stayed in lots of rented places and this really stood out for how easy and enjoyable it was to be there.

Lynn and Paul are the best!! We had lots of fun playing soccer under the sequoia, swimming in the pool and drinking the fine rose wine of the area!! I’d go back TOMORROW!!

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful accommodation, very well equipped that matches the listing description. Jonathan is very responsive. We were unable to close the pool so as not to waste electricity on heating the air.

This is our 2nd family stay in Anne's villa and we are still delighted. The house is very beautiful, the garden magnificent. The location is perfect for relaxing in peace, there is everything you need in the house and the bedding is of good quality. Communication was very smooth with Anne, everything went well

Patrice was very welcoming and very responsive on arrival and adaptability to our requests (early arrival and late departure). The accommodation is very well equipped. Quality bedding. The pool, trampoline, Nordic bath are ideal for young and old. This is the home of Patrice and his children, you must be aware of this when booking.

We were 3 families with children from 18 months to 13 years old and we loved this place. This is an absolutely beautiful old house and the garden is huge. The bedrooms are mostly very spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to prepare food. Beautiful things to do in the surrounding area and plenty of things to keep the kids busy (tree climbing, water skiing, Cognac ecomuseum, etc.). Isabelle was always very responsive to my messages and extremely accommodating. We were very sad to see the week end!

He is very responsive and concerned about the comfort of his guests and does not fail to give all the necessary information for a pleasant stay. What an incredible place and wonderful hosts! The gite is beautiful, well equipped and in such a peaceful setting. We loved the pool and grounds and exploring the local area. Jen and Nick were so welcoming and always on hand to provide local recommendations. We cannot wait to return!

Odette's house is simply great! It is cozy, stylish and also practical. Everything is thought of! We didn't miss anything. A great living and dining area with cozy lighting! A beautiful large garden with a covered terrace that offers shade and lights for the evening! During the day, the loungers invite you to Sun bathing. Our oldest son loved his bedroom and bathroom in the annex. We were also enthusiastic about the nearby communal pool, as well as the tennis court and ping pong table. It is a quiet place to relax and unwind. Around it there are plenty of excursion options, which Odette also has in her guidebook. We were in the Futuroscope - everyone loved it. If you have any questions, Odette can always be reached - but there is also a reception on site with helpful staff and bread service. All our children and we really enjoyed it here.
