Beachfront holiday rental in Menderes

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

It was a house that met our expectations. The garden, balcony, terrace , barbecue area, winter garden were areas to have a good time with your child. Kitchen utensils were sufficient. We had a hot water problem that works with solar energy only due to the season and the fact that the weather is not sunny. Even though we did the instruction given by the host, the hot water came one day, the other days did not come. I don't think this will be a problem in the summer. Everything else was very nice.

Especially Ms. Feriha and Mr. Nusret, who live downstairs, are wonderful people. On our last night, Mr. Nusret offered us his own wine and Ms. Feriha accompanied us to dinner. There are very few people like this left. Thank you so much for everything

This is a wonderful apartment in the perfect location, just up the road (about 100m) from the beautiful Ladies Beach. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. It is a fairly new building with new fixtures and great security. Dilek was the perfect host, welcoming and very good with communication. The apartment was clean and was just like the pictures, with all the amenities needed to make our own meals (no oven, but we didn't mind. There was a hob and microwave.) The shower was a bit small, but it worked well. We were extremely happy and comfortable. It felt like home away from home for the week we were there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed at this hotel last year. Rooms were problematic. Everything has been renewed this year. The staff is very friendly. The rooms really have a magnificent view. There is only a few meters between the rooms and the sea. Everything was perfect. Thanks.

Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. You can take your evening tea and beach damage to Sevgi Beach and get off. It's fun to watch the sunset. A101, Migros house service is available From Getir de Domino's etc.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

Our stay was really pleasant and smooth. The house was tidy and clean in every way. There was privacy. Also Mr. Vedat was very helpful with everything and answered our questions very quickly. There were treats reserved for us in the closet. There was nothing missing in the house. Regarding the checkout, he said that the house was available, we could leave later, we left again on time. Hello. The communication with Mr. Sami, Mr. Ferhat and the neighbor Mr. Naci (very helpful) were very good. Only the house really needs to be renovated and technically taken in hand. You should not expect a 5-star villa. The rooms on the top floor are not for adults with 1.90 m size. All air conditioning appliances are working, but some of the settings are no longer! Pool was great, but not jump in, otherwise you always have to refill the water yourself (because of the pump). In the house there is only one bathroom, which you can also call as a bathroom or shower option. The top toilet/shower is a disaster (complete sloping roof). In general, it's good but a little too expensive for the price! There are better ones for a better price and amenities. Thank you for everything!

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Ceyda was a great host and a very good friend to me. I guess I can start by saying that. I never imagined that my soul would match so beautifully with the soul of someone I didn't know in such a short time. Every detail in the house was carefully thought out and placed, creating a wonderful integrity. Everything smelled so good! This is really important to me:) There is nothing missing in the house, it is clean, peaceful. Starting the day with espresso, continuing with yoga in the garden, being able to swim in the sea right away thanks to its great location, everything was great! Ceyda is a wonderful person who turns the holiday into a dream that you will never want to end with her suggestions before you leave, the directions she continues to make during the stay, her pleasure, sincerity, interest and smiling face. We even added decorative touches to the walls for the new guests of Nunu House, and I believe we have left very beautiful memories for each other. This house, which is very difficult to leave, will remind me to stay in Akış!

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. Highly recommend with excellent location just a few steps from the beach. The beach has free umbrellas if you are early enough to get one. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace with ocean view. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had all the basics amenities. There was air conditioning in all rooms which worked well. Just a note as other reviews commented on the noise that we did not find it too bad as with all windows closed it would block most of the noise/music. Osman was easy to communicate with and very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure time.

If you want a peaceful holiday, it will be a very refined choice. Ms. Bala's house... The cleanliness of the house, its location, the wonderful sunset, the sincere hospitality of the host Ms. Bala was worth everything. Watching the sun set in the front yard adds life to your life. And the two-legged friends of that neighborhood were so beautiful that they added color to my holiday. So everything was clean and peaceful, thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.
