Beachfront holiday rental in Menderes

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

Beklentilerimizi karşılayan bir evdi.Bahçesi , balkonu, terası , mangal yeri, kış bahçesi çocuğunuzla güzel vakit geçirecek alanlardı. Mutfak araç gereçleri yeterliydi. Sadece mevsimden ve havanın güneşli olmamasından dolayı güneş enerjisi ile çalışan sıcak su sorunumuz oldu. ev sahibi tarafından verilen talimatı da yapmamıza rağmen Bir gün sıcak su geldi, diğer günler gelmedi. Bu durumun yazın sorun olacağını düşünmüyorum.bu durum dışında herşey çok güzeldi.

lokasyon süper, personeller ve Sahibi çok naziklerdi. biz çok memnun kaldık, bi daha gidecek olsak yine burayı tercih ederiz :)

Özellikle alt katta ikamet eden Feriha Hanım ve Nusret Beyler harika insanlar. Son gecemizde bize Nusret Bey kendi yaptığı şaraptan ikram etti ve Feriha Hanım bizimle beraber yemeğe eşlik etti. Bu tip insanlar artık çok az sayıda kaldılar. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

This is a wonderful apartment in the perfect location, just up the road (about 100m) from the beautiful Ladies Beach. There are lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. It is a fairly new building with new fixtures and great security. Dilek was the perfect host, welcoming and very good with communication. The apartment was clean and was just like the pictures, with all the amenities needed to make our own meals (no oven, but we didn't mind. There was a hob and microwave.) The shower was a bit small, but it worked well. We were extremely happy and comfortable. It felt like home away from home for the week we were there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed at this hotel last year. Rooms were problematic. Everything has been renewed this year. The staff is very friendly. The rooms really have a magnificent view. There is only a few meters between the rooms and the sea. Everything was perfect. Thanks.

Zeynep hanim iyi bir ev sahibi. Hızlıca sorulariniza yanit alabilirsiniz. Bizi karşilayan Hakan bey ve eşi de cok kibar ve yardımseverler. Davutlar sakin, site tam kafa dinlemelik. Havuz çok temiz bazen özel havuz gibi kullanıyorsunuz. Evde 2 banyo olmasi avantaj. Klima var ama gerek kalmıyor pek. Çok nemli değil. Pencereleri açıp yatabilirsiniz. Sineklik var. Mutfak kisminda karıncalar biraz sıkıntı oluyor ama mutfakta karınca ilacı var. Küçük çocuğunuz varsa Milli Parkta İçmeler koyuna gidebilirsiniz. Deniz kum ve havuz gibi. Çocuk yoksa diğer koylara gidebilirsiniz daha sakin ama taşlık. Sevgi Plajına akşam çayınızı, plaj hasirlarinizi alıp inebilirsiniz. Güneşin batışını izlemek oldukça keyifli. A101, Migros eve servis var. Getir'den de Domino's vs.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

Der Aufenthalt im Egebirlik Seasight war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Direkt gegenüber konnte man zum Strand und hatte genügend Möglichkeiten um Restaurants zu besuchen oder einkaufen zu gehen. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage bei der Unterkunft bietet ebenfalls genug Plätze, um sein eigenes Auto dort bequem zu parken. Serdar war ebenfalls immer gut erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Kuşadası.

Great place with a wonderful view, very quiet and the apartment is intimate and chic. It was very easy to reach any places we were interested to visit and the beach is at 10 minutes away. We will come again. Great host

Konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifli ve sorunsuzdu. Ev her haliyle düzenli ve temizdi. Mahremiyet vardı. Ayrıca Vedat Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu ve sorularımıza çok hızlı cevap döndü. Dolapta bizim için ayrılan ikramlar vardı. Evde eksik bir şey yoktu. Çıkış konusunda da kendisi evin müsait olduğunu daha geç çıkabileceğimizi söyledi biz yine saatinde çıktık. Okadar memnun ayrıldık ki bugün bir arkadaşıma daha önerdim. Teşekkür ederim her şey için. Tekrar kalır mıyım? Evet

4 aylık ikiz bebeklerimle ilk tatilimizdi ve çekincelerim vardı. Funda hanım sağolsun öncelikle bu konuda beni rahatlattı. Ev hem bebekler hem de ailemin diğer üyeleri için çok tatmin ediciydi. Havuz derinliği, boyutu, sıcaklığı tam istediğimiz gibiydi. Plaj 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Deniz harika. Panoramik bir deniz manzarasına uyanmak paha biçilemez. Evde her ihtiyacımız vardı. Bebekler için de her şey düşünülmüştü. Kesinlikle tekrar konaklamak isterim. Funda hanım’a, kardeşi Ali Bey’e ve babalarına çok teşekkür ederim.

Sehr tolle moderne Wohnung. Sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden.

Hallo. Die Kommunikation mit Herr Sami, Herr Ferhat und dem Nachbarn Herrn Naci (sehr Hilfsbereit) waren sehr Gut. Nur das Haus muss wirklich mal Saniert werden und Technisch auch mal in die Hand genommen werden. Man darf keine Villa mit 5 Sternen erwarten. Die Zimmer in der obersten Etage sind nichts für Erwachsene mit 1,90 m Größe. Alle Klima Geräte funktionieren, aber die Einstellungen zum Teil nicht mehr! Pool war Klasse, aber nicht rein springen, da man das Wasser selber sonst immer nachfüllen muss (wegen der Pumpe). Im Haus gibt es nur ein Badezimmer was man auch als Badezimmer oder Dusch Möglichkeit nennen kann. Das oberste WC/Dusche ist Katastrophe (komplette Dachschräge). Im Allgemeinen ist es Gut, aber für den Preis etwas zu teuer! Es gibt bessere für einen besseren Preis und Ausstattung. Danke für alles!

Stayed here for a week and a half. Great quiet location, bars & restaurants close by and downtown easily accessible via taxi. Ferhat was an excellent & thoughtful host and we'd absolutely consider staying here again in the future!

Hiç tanımadığım birinin ruhuyla ruhumun bu kadar kısa sürede bu kadar güzel eşleşeceğini hiç tahmin etmezdim. Evdeki her detay ince ince büyük bir özenle düşünülerek yerleştirilmiş ve harika bir bütünlük oluşturmuştu. Her şey çok güzel kokuyordu! Bu benim için gerçekten çok önemlidir :) Evde hiçbir eksik yok, tertemiz, huzur dolu. Güne espressoyla başlamak, bahçede yoga yaparak devam etmek, harika konumu sayesinde hemen denize girebilmek, her şey harikaydı! Ceyda daha gitmeden yaptığı önerilerle, konaklama boyunca yapmaya devam ettiği yönlendirmelerle, zevki, samimiyeti, ilgisi ve güler yüzüyle tatili hiç bitmesin isteyeceğiniz bir rüyaya dönüştüren harika biri. Nunu House’un yeni misafirleri için dekoratif dokunuşlar bile ekledik duvarlara, birbirimize çok güzel anlar bıraktığımıza inanıyorum. Ayrılması çok zor olan bu ev bana Akış’ta kalmayı hatırlatacak!

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. The apartment is spacious with good facilities. I highly recommend this apartment. Barbara and Graham, Scotland.

Highly recommend with excellent location just a few steps from the beach. The beach has free umbrellas if you are early enough to get one. We really enjoyed the spacious terrace with ocean view. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had all the basics amenities. There was air conditioning in all rooms which worked well. Just a note as other reviews commented on the noise that we did not find it too bad as with all windows closed it would block most of the noise/music. Osman was easy to communicate with and very responsive and flexible with our arrival and departure time.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Kuşadası! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hafen – beim Blick aus dem Fenster sieht man sofort das Meer, das in nur einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und die Fußgängerzone sind direkt vor der Tür, was die Lage wirklich perfekt macht. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber: Sie waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Haben alle Ausflüge mit dem Bus gemacht. wurden dabei sehr gut von Günay unterstützt, die bei allen Fragen immer super gute Tipps hatte. Huzurlu bir tatil istiyorsanız oldukça rafine bir tercih olur Bala Hanımın evi..Evin Temizliği, lokasyonu, şahane gün batımı, ev sahibesi Bala Hanımın samimi ev sahipliği her şeye değdi doğrusu. Ön bahçede güneşi batarken izlemek ömrünüze ömür katar. Bir de o semtin bir iki patili dostları o kadar güzellerdi ki , tatilime renk kattılar. Yani her şey temiz ve huzur doluydu, teşekkür ederim.

I had a fantastic stay at Gorkem's place! The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quite, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The access to the public beach was a highlight, and I loved the nearby private restaurants and cafes that provided lounge chairs and umbrellas for a comfortable day by the water. The location is convenient, with markets within walking distance, though be prepared for a few inclines on the way. The long seaside promenade was perfect for leisurely walks, offering stunning views and fresh air. The house itself is spacious and airy, with high ceilings that create a lovely atmosphere. It would be an added bonus if there were lounge chairs and umbrellas available at the home for convenience. Just a heads-up: the patio doors are glass, so be mindful when using them as you'll pass through screens and iron doors. I did notice a bit of an odor under the kitchen sink and cabinets, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Gorkem was an incredibly kind and helpful host.
