Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. The property is located in a beautiful and green environment in an apartment building. Four to five people can comfortably enjoy all the advantages of the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Convenient location, quiet residential area, 50 m to the bus stop, 10 min to the S-Bahn stop on foot. Exhibition centre/city centre can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car or public transport. Right next door: butcher/inn, bakery, pizzeria, bank, pharmacy, Aldi, stationery/lottery.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich im OG und verfügt über einen kostenlosen Stellplatz. Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können im einem separaten Kellerraum abgestellt und bei Bedarf auch aufgeladen werden. Der Garten lädt mit seinem überdachten Pavillion zu gemütlichen Grillabenden und zum Sonnenbaden ein. Auch kleine Familien finden genügend Platz bei uns. Nach Absprache kann gerne auch ein Babybett bereitgestellt werden. Haustiere sind ohne Aufpreis willkommen.

Schöne Wander- und Radwege liegen direkt vor unserer Haustüre. Im Ort gibt es Fahrradverleih, Bäcker, Metzger und Supermarkt.
