"Heimatselig" is located in the idyllic town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, nestled in the beautiful Franconian lake district. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

Auf 18 m² findest Du alles für eine erholsame Auszeit: ein kleines Natursteinbad, eine gemütliche Küche mit Essplatz und einen mit Zirbenholz verkleideten Schlafbereich mit besonders warmer Atmosphäre. Die Terrasse lädt dazu ein, den Tag mit einem Kaffee in der Morgensonne zu beginnen oder am Abend die Ruhe des Hofes zu genießen.

The apartment is ideal for couples or small families and offers everything you need for a relaxing break.

Our cozy apartment is located on the upper floor and has a free parking space. Bicycles brought along can be parked in a separate basement room and charged if necessary. The garden with its covered pavilion invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings and sunbathing. Even small families will find enough space with us. By arrangement, a crib can also be provided. Pets are welcome for a small fee.
