Holiday rentals with beach access in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Nous avons été surpris de la propreté du logement qui était exceptionnelle. L’emplacement pour profiter de la plage est facile d’accès à pied. Les supermarchés sont très proches. Possibilité de voir un envol de flamant rose en rentrant de la plage. Les bus sont très accessibles également.

Wie waren im Juni für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Nicola in Cagliari. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen und hat alles, was es braucht, um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Es gibt Sonnenschirme für den Strand, eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine sehr gut einstellbare Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, um bei hohen Außentemperaturen gut schlafen zu können. Nicola ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der dafür Sorgen trägt, dass man sich als Gast wohl fühlt. Er fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und lässt einem gleichzeitig Ruhe. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Great apartment in a calm, convenient location. Silvio made the steps for self check-in really clear and was a very responsive host with good recommendations. We'd recommend this apartment for everyone :)

Wir haben uns bei Sylvia und Roberto sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den schönen Garten und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen und auch, dass der Strand innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar war. Ein idealer Ort um sich zu erholen und Ausflüge zu machen.

Super séjour. accueil charmant… et propreté irréprochable 👌 L’appartement possède l’essentiel sans le superflu … on s’y sent bien… la vue est digne d’une carte postale. 🤩 simple, efficace , pas surchargé mais néanmoins cosy et disposant de matériel de qualité … Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Tatiana et de son mari qui parle super bien français : un plus 😉. Les vacances en famille dans ce gîte ont été excellentes. Les instructions de Erika pour l'arrivée ont été précises, très faciles pour trouver le lieu exact. Erika nous a fourni de nombreuses informations sur les sites à voir, sur les restaurants. Le gîte est très bien situé, très agréable à vivre, bien équipé et très proche de la plage. C'était très agréable.

Wiir haben die Zeit in Marcos Haus sehr genossen. Alles entsprach den Bildern und Informationen in der Anzeige. Die Hinweise von Marco waren sehr hilfreich für uns. Das Marco uns dann noch zum Flughafen gefahren hat, war einfach sensationell. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.

We had a great stay at Fabrizio's house. He was very helpful at all times and even met us at checkin later than planned as our plane had been delayed. House is lovely, very clean and has everything you need. Five stars for FABrizio!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Nähe zum Strand ist wirklich toll. Der Strand selbst ist auch wunderschön! Enrico ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt! Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir nicht vergessen werden.

Casetta vicinissima ad una bella spiaggia e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità la propria vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e il self check in ci ha dato la possibilità di poter essere libere di entrare in casa nell' orario che ci veniva più comodo. Michele è un host reattivo e disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili sulle cose da fare/vedere. Consigliato

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, die Kommunikation, der nette Empfang und auch die guten Tipps, fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht von der traumhaft schönen Terrasse und den super schönen Sonnenuntergang vermisse ich jetzt schon. Wir konnten an einem Morgen sogar Delfine beobachten. Es war alles sehr sauber. Auch fanden wir den Sonnenschirm und die Strandstühle super. Wir können das Haus und die tollen Gastgeber sehr empfehlen!!!

Valentina stond ons al op te wachten bij aankomst en ze was altijd zeer snel in de communicatie bij vragen! Het huis was heel fijn en ruim met fantastische bedden en terras. Valentina heeft zelfs een taxi geregeld voor ons bij vertrek. Er is speelgoed, genoeg handdoeken en het is 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Heerlijke locatie, rustig. Tegenover het huis zit een heel bijzondere botanische tuin waarvan de kinderen hebben genoten. Heel erg bedankt Valentina!

Excellent séjour et nous avons été très gâtés a notre arrivée (apéritif et petit déjeuner ainsi que deux bouteilles d'eau au frais). Michela et Riby sont des hôtes très attentionnés et leur logement correspond en tous points au descriptif de Airbnb. L'appartement est situé à 1 km de la plage et il y a des bus juste à côté de la résidence. Nous avions loué une voiture et il y a un parking sécurisé. Tout était parfait. Je vous conseille vivement ce logement.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

Die Unterkunft und die Lage waren exzellent. Direkt am Stand und in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Bars und dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Absolut hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin.

wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zuhause gefühlt. Super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in bester Lage. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein traumhaft schöner Ausblick vom schönen Balkon. Silvia war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at Loredana’s apartment. Everything was perfect: the apartment is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos, a true little haven of peace. But what really made the difference was Loredana herself. Lovely, incredibly thoughtful, always available, and attentive to make sure everything was going well. Thank you again for your kindness and presence, Loredana ! I would happily come back and highly recommend staying here!
