The appartment was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's located walking distance from old town, very nice area. Also close from the bus/train station which is well connected with the airport. We enjoyed our short stay there.

Sara is amazing host, very helpful, quick response, friendly. Amazing apartment, clean and beautiful. Walk to the beach around 20 min, or you can take a bus for 2 stops. Supermarkets are close by. A bit noisy road near, but didn’t bother when window is closed 😊

Beautiful and cozy accommodation in a quiet neighborhood of Cagliari at a great price! Mr. Bonarina was a very kind and accommodating host. The apartment was furnished exactly as in the photos and nothing was missing, including cleanliness and a comfortable bed :-) We were extremely satisfied and I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Sardinia. We had an unforgettable time at Marina's house and Eligio! They are the most hospitable and caring hosts we've met. Their home is immaculately clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, and we did not encounter any thing that would not be in the house . Each room has air conditioning, which is especially nice in hot weather. The bedrooms with comfortable beds gave us a good night's sleep. In addition, the hosts are very tasty and we are lucky enough to taste their food. Next to the house there is a large supermarket where you could buy everything you need. It is also convenient to get to Cagliari and the beaches by car. We would definitely come back again and would happily recommend this soulful place to anyone!

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We were welcomed by Rossella's parents, very friendly and helpful. The cottage with ground floor and loft sleeping area is equipped with everything you need, clean and comfortable with 2 outdoor areas: the patio where you can eat and relax after a day at the beach and a small garden with lawn and barbecue. The parking lot in front of the entrance gate is very convenient. The area is ideal for visiting all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and its surroundings. The village with supermarkets is a 5-minute drive away. Rossella was very helpful in solving a small problem with the wifi. Thanks to Rossella and her nice parents, if we return to the area we will definitely book here again!
