Townhouse holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

We spent 3 weeks this month of August 2024 , the house is located in a quiet and residential area . We confirm all positive reviews about this listing cleanliness, tidiness, convenience, a very nice house, with a real holiday look. Proximity to shops , pharmacy , and good restaurants, very beautiful beaches ... LOLE is a very kind ,caring and welcoming person who went out of his way to make us have a very nice stay. We highly recommend this rental, without any hesitation .. We stayed 1 week in June in the accommodation and felt very comfortable right away. The landlords have gone to great lengths to furnish the terraced house, which is quietly located in a holiday complex - there are many loving details that you sometimes only discover at second glance. The double bed is large and very comfortable (not too soft and not too hard, just right!) The jewel of the apartment is the spacious, covered terrace and the secluded garden, where you can be completely alone. (However, during our stay, most of the houses in the neighborhood were not occupied - pre-season!) The pool was also not open yet… Another highlight was the outdoor shower on the front terrace to take a quick shower after the beach. We also liked the small attentions of the hostess such as Crodino, snacks and drinks to welcome us. A perfect place to discover the great beaches of the area around Chia from here!

We were received in a very friendly manner personally by Alberto and Stefania. Including welcome gifts :-) The apartment is located in a beautiful, peaceful and private environment. Especially recommended with children! The equipment with towels, beach loungers, parasols, beach chairs, coffee maker, air conditioning in all rooms, .... is very extensive. Breakfast & dinner on the terrace were just a dream! The sea is a minute away. Swimming shoes are recommended if you want to get into the water as it is a pebble beach. Excellent for snorkeling and also if you want to watch the sunset in the evening. The nearest sandy beach (K'ale Moru) is about 15 minutes away by car. The city of Cagliari is about 45 minutes away. A car is recommended, if not necessary, as the apartment is somewhat secluded. We would also recommend a car for excursions to explore Sardinia. We had a very nice time and would be happy to come back!

We reluctantly left the apartment where we stayed for our vacation! Both Marco, the owner and Mena, the lady who welcomed us were available for all our requests. The accommodation is very comfortable, family-friendly especially for those with small children like us. A tactical place to reach the nearest beaches that we visited during our stay, also based on the owner's advice (su giudeu, tuerredda, sant'efisio) We will consider a possible return and in the meantime we will remember this vacation with great pleasure!!!

The place was great. Very well cut, everything you need and very clean. The highlight is the large terrace with the magnificent view. It is close to everything you need for a nice holiday (beaches, supermarkets, city, restaurants). Also, Davide was a very great help for us. We would book the place again.

Antonio was immediately an attentive and helpful host. Her cottage offers all the essentials for a relaxed holiday and to enjoy all that this wonderful island has to offer. The house was clean, and equipped with the essentials as described in the listing. It is located in the context of terraced villas, extremely quiet and full of greenery, a day for us and our cana. The location is great, the campus beach is reachable on foot, a very short walk away, also a market equipped with everything and a great restaurant. Villasimius is a 10-minute drive, and it's really cute! Antonio was very helpful, meeting our needs and pampering us with some typical treats! Highly recommended host, we hope to be back soon!

Giusy and her husband are super hosts, very kind and helpful! The house is impeccable, equipped with every comfort, in a quiet residential area but convenient for getting around and visiting the surrounding areas! We had a great time and will probably be back! Thank you for everything!❤️

We can only recommend this place. The hosts are a rare kindness, responsive, accommodating, concerned about the comfort and well-being of guests. The hosting was very warm, accompanied by personalized touches: a real wooden crib, beach games, little things in the fridge and cabinets. The accommodation is exemplary cleanliness, perfectly equipped, there is absolutely everything you could need. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The view is to cut off the sulfur, the accommodation could be renamed: a stay on the sea.

Manuella welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation was spotless and the setting beyond our expectations. The whole stay went very well and Manuella was able to answer any questions we had very quickly and very efficiently. Manuella really thought of everything when she created this place and the stay is more than pleasant. Everything is done to make your life easier and the quality of the hospitality is more than excellent. We will probably come back to see Manuella and enjoy her apartment and its setting. We recommend this host and their space 1000% ;)

Very nice apartment. Neat, clean and safe. Nice terrace to sit outside for a while. Close to arterial roads and only 20 minutes to Cagliari.

We had a wonderful time in this house by the sea in Sardinia! The location is simply unbeatable - you could really walk to the beach in your bathing suit. A very good restaurant was also within walking distance, and we ate excellently there. The house was perfectly equipped – we didn't miss anything. There were toys for children, a cot, a child seat and even parasols for the beach. The garden was a real highlight for our child - plenty of space to play and romp. We were particularly pleased that there was super gluten-free pizza in Cagliari - ideal for people with intolerances. The proximity to many other beautiful beaches was also great – you can quickly get everywhere by car. In addition, there was a very generous basic supply of food, shower gel and other useful things – thank you Stefano

We spent two nights at Roberto's place and it was incredible. Clean, tidy, and very nice. Equipped with all the comforts and in a great location in the center of the city. I will definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back to it myself with my wife. Nothing was missing, in fact he also made us find a bottle of wine that we did not consume just because we were teething, but it is a gesture that we really appreciated.

The four of us felt very comfortable in Matteos cottage. It is equipped with everything you need as a family for a vacation. We especially liked the lovingly designed garden and the terrace on which we enjoyed our dinner. Matteo was extremely straightforward when it came to check-in, as we arrived at the accommodation much later than planned. He also answered questions promptly. Thank you for the lovely stay with you!

We had a lovely and relaxing time in the house which was very well equipped. From detergent to iron, there was everything you need. The house is comfortably furnished, so the four of us felt very comfortable. Some mornings we spent on the sunny terrace with a beautiful view. A good pizzeria is a 2-minute walk away. Even to the most beautiful beaches with light blue water and powder sand, you can drive from there in just 40 minutes. Highly recommend!

From the beginning since booking, Valeria has communicated very quickly, kindly and in detail. We were even allowed to send a few things to her in advance that we needed on site. She always responded at short notice and gave tips and helped. The house is really nice and has everything you need. The area is a quiet resident area. The balcony offers a sea view. The garden and pool are simply a dream. The children could play there and cool off in the pool. We almost only used the outdoor shower. The patio was our main place to stay. It's a few minutes to walk to the beach and within a 30-minute drive you can get to the beautiful beaches of Chia. To the marina the small harbor with bar, pharmacy and pizzeria, you can easily walk there, there is also a small outdated playground. Shopping and many restaurants can be reached in Pula within a few minutes drive. Thanks Valeria, we will be back.

We had a very nice stay in Massimilianos house. The communication was very good and easy. We can only highly recommend it.

Really great place! Beautiful beach.

Unfortunately, we could not move into the property as booked and planned, as there was a giant construction site with noise and a lot of dirt right in the townhouse next door. Stefano didn't know about it as the neighbors hadn't informed him before. Stefano responded immediately when he learned about the unfortunate situation and had full understanding of our desire to cancel the reservation. He was totally cooperative, supported us and was very friendly. We can hardly say anything about the house, as we did not move in at all.

Very beautiful, cozy and comfortable apartment. Even better than in photo. Very close to the great beach. The communication with Sabrina was very pleasant. She gave us all needed information about interesting place and restaurants. We will definitely come back next year.

Very friendly and caring host. Only 5 mins walk to a small but beautiful beach with crystal clear water and beautiful sunsets. In the description it said no wifi, TV or washing machine but actually you have them all. We spent a beautiful and unforgetable week there. Thank you, Luca! :) Highly recommend.
