The stay was great. Very nice, clean and fresh apartment. Beautiful beaches are just a few minutes away by scooter or car. The very precious Cristina, who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, gave us excellent advice and really went beyond all expectations by fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go there with your eyes closed!

Our second visit to Stesi House. The house is well equipped and it's a maximum 2-minute walk to the beach. A car is an advantage but you can reach the most important places on foot and public transport is also available. Stefano is very friendly and always available. Communication is perfect. We didn't miss anything and we can highly recommend the house.

We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

Simone and Erika’s house is beautiful, spacious, clean, by the sea, big garden. A perfect relaxing place for holidays close to nice beaches. We would of like to have all the rules before arrival as there are quite a few and if you don’t follow all the rules you would get charged extra €€, i understand they need to put some rules but maybe for the next host better to send them before arrival. Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

I fell in love with the house from the photos and live is exactly as it is presented: creative, welcoming, comfortable, cared for, clean, spacious and super-stocked! The house has all the comforts imaginable. It also has a lot of extra things (e.g. all body products both for bathing and for the sea), very useful for those like me who travel by plane with a light luggage. Chiara was immediately welcoming, very kind and very helpful. It welcomes you with a welcome aperitif, has an agreement with the pastry shop in front for breakfast, and in the fridge it makes you find tasty surprises, such as the exceptional and typical homemade myrtle. It gives you valuable information about how to get around and what to visit. The location is super convenient to both downtown and the sea. What's more: go there!! Highly recommended!!! 🤩🤩🤩❤️🙏

The place was very clean and well maintained. Everything necessary in the kitchen and otherwise was available. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the community is very well maintained. There is also a community pool that you can use for 2 euros per adult. In the afternoon, this is nice and shady. The contact with Concetta and her husband Franco was very nice, helpful and quickly accessible. Arrival and departure were straightforward.

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

An incredible place, very soulful, beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Very clean and very spacious (much more spacious than it looks in the photos) A stunning beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and cafes. We stayed as a family, myself, my husband, and our daughter, and we were very sad to leave after three days. Deborah is wonderful and responsive! We highly recommend this beautiful house. Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

A special thank you to Mario and Francesca for their hospitality. They met all our requests quickly and effectively. The house is very comfortable and functional, with a beautiful and cool veranda. Having a similar sea a few meters from the house makes everything special. We'll be back

Very well-kept and very clean house. Equipped with everything you need for a stay by the sea (from dishes, pots, pans to barbecue grill). It's just a few minutes' drive from the coast, but it doesn't have a sea view, except for the room with a balcony (still quite far away). The hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, accommodating all of our requests. Only thing: if you decide to cook, the house is very uncomfortable because of its structure, which has the kitchen on the ground floor and the outdoor patio with the table upstairs (at a room and if a bathroom); which forces you to bring everything you need up and down.

The house is very spacious and well kept , we loved the gate to the beach. There is a bbq and a pizza oven as well as a good equipped kitchen. Rooms are really nice and there is plenty of room for a group of people Overall a really good experience!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Messina. It was clean and in a good location and Norberto was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and accommodating in addition to being very helpful with good recommendations for things to do in the area.

Friendly, kind, very helpful, absolutely recommended! Excellent location, modern and practical accommodation with all comforts, in the center so easy to get around on foot, 10 minutes by car from the beach. Being in the center, the choice of restaurants is very wide. Door that opens onto the street so it is very convenient to enter and exit. Absolutely recommended!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Great functional and design apartment for short or long stays (I stayed for a month). It is extremly close to Cagliari's main attactions and still very quiet. Barbara is a very nice and charming host. You'll be under the spell.

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
