Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

The property is quiet and offers everything you need for a good vacation. A. Paola is very friendly, communicative and always responded quickly. She also gave lots of tips on what to do nearby and what to do with children. If we hadn't had a car, she would have even gotten us from the airport about 30 km away. She got us by having problems with our flight. Since we were only on the way to the accommodation in the middle of the night and left for the house, she offered to pick us up directly and accompany us to the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and were not there the last time

This is it. The beautiful Mediterranean villa by the sea in your dreams. The house is elegant, comfortable, and has everything you would need. Even beach umbrellas and chairs. There is a supermarket nearby, beautiful beaches, and a fantastic pizza restaurant (Aquarium). The views are indescribably gorgeous outside. Each level has something unique. Little nooks to take in the sunset, a level with a pool/outdoor shower, a level with fruit trees and herb gardens. So many surprises. We enjoyed happy hour every night on the patio, watching the sailboats cruise by (sipping the delicious local Vermentino wine). The hosts Federica and Carlo were warm and welcoming. They met us at the villa when we arrived and made us feel right at home. Even leaving delicious snacks/drink so we didn’t need to go shopping right away. They were always available to answer questions. They also helped us make a reservation at a restaurant. Wonderful people. It’s perfect here, just book it.

New well equipped house offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, backyard with jacuzzi and a specious kitchen. You can park a car inside the gated front yard. Host is responsive and nice to communicate with. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, one has a Michelin star.

Beautiful house, very nice garden and sea a stone's throw from the house

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to be quite honest, if we had not been there with friends who lived in the villa, it would have been a bit difficult in part. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface which makes it very difficult to cook. That was not a problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. On the premises itself there are other cottages and there is a kiosk and another pool (which is fantastic) But there are also day guests on the property. All this is just for your information. Despite everything, we had a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa! The pool was lovely, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, with a supermarket and a great little café nearby. It's also very convenient for getting into Cagliari, with a bus stop close by for easy access. We used the CTM Bus Finder app and it was only a few Euros. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Davide was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful. He even drove us to the supermarket when we arrived late in the evening, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. The only point to mention is that the cleaners arrive at 08:30/09:00 on the day of checkout as stated in the check out details, even though the listing states checkout is at 11:00. It wasn’t a problem for us as we were leaving around 9:00 anyway, but just something to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful stay—highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

This was a fabulous Airbnb experience, and Cristina was an excellent host! The space is gorgeous, with a beautiful outdoor garden that is immaculate and private and the hot tub is very clean and relaxing. We loved the house, the two bedrooms were very well air-conditioned, and it felt safe and private. The location is just about 20 minutes from Cagliari, and about 50 minutes from the beaches of Villasimius (Delfino Beach Club at Porto Giuncu was amaaaaazing which Cristina recommended), and Cristina recommend Mare Pintau for a closer beach option. Cristina gave wonderful restaurant and beach recommendations, and we couldn’t recommend this stay more!

A lovely place to stay for our family, plenty of space indoors and out for the kids to play around in. Pool was great to relax in. Outdoor kitchen and dining area was very pleasant in the evenings. Definitely recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at villa arenada for a few nights. The villa is absolutely stunning, a very luxurious place with more than everything you could need. The villa has the benefit of the resort (concierge service and daily room cleaning) we were able to order dinner to the via from the hotel restaurant which was a great addition. Edoardo was so helpful and always at the end of the phone, helping us sort out dinner etc. The villa is located a short drive from the resort in a private road with other villas although felt very secluded and private. There is a small town nearby (Pula) which had supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Thank you for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

Me & 3 friends had an amazing stay. The villa is spacious and nice. The beds are super comfy and the ceiling fan helped me sleep. The villa is well equipped with everything you need to cook on the hob/oven or BBQ. The sea is a stones throw away. Vittorio was very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend this villa to my friends a s family!

We loved our stay, wishing we could have stayed longer. The place is quite hidden away, but Ettore was extremely helpful with checking in and throughout our stay. The house is exactly as described and the garden and pool are straight out of paradise. What a gem!

Villa Tore is great. The house is quietly located, near a small pebble beach. From Villa Tore you can easily explore the area and visit nice beaches. The house is fully equipped. The electricity and air conditioning could use an upgrade, but this did not bother us. The garden has lots of cosy spots to chill. Alice welcomed us very friendly and even filled the fridge with treats for us. She was always there for us if we had any questions. I can highly recommend Villa Tore.
