Holiday rentals with lake access in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Beautiful house renovated with great taste! The authentic charm of the old with all the modern amenities we needed! The air conditioning is very nice during the big heat! the bedding is very comfortable. the garden is very well maintained and in the shade of an olive tree and eucalyptus, great! the outdoor shower is a very nice plus. Mario welcomed us with great kindness and always met our needs. A nice meeting! the road to get there is driveable and accessible to any vehicle, we drive gently and no problem. If you want peace and quiet and authentic, don't hesitate to do so! This is a great experience!

Luigi and Rita have been among the most welcoming since I used Airbnb. They offered us pastries and were very responsive by message, they were very attentive with us. Regarding the location, it is highly recommended to have a car to get around. Finally, the accommodation was nickel, very clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay at this place very much and highly recommend it!

We had a great time in the accommodation, a great base to explore the Cagliari area and the beautiful south coast of Sardinia. The house is very nice, with a well-kept garden with colorful plants and flowers where you can relax when returning from the sea. A peaceful, peaceful and relaxing place. Our place is spacious and very nice with all comfort to have a great vacation. My partner Enzo and I had a great time with our guest Sandro: a really kind, helpful, welcoming and friendly person who has also provided us with many useful tips for our day trips and that made our stay even more pleasant.

Everything was fine . Parking and ample space . There was everything you need for daily life, even at our disposal everything for the sea umbrella lounge chairs, etc. , things I had planned to buy.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you need. Alice is very kind, on Sundays she brought us some Sardinian sweets that were very good! Recommended !

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

The house was very amazing! It was huge and even better than on the pictures! The garden with the pool was lovely. It is located in a silent holiday community area with lots of beautiful nature. The host was proactive, helpful and gave us some tips for traveling in the region (even some hidden beaches). All in all very much recommendable and we would come back any time in the future. We rented a car which is advisable in that region for transport. The house has a parking spot as well.

Very nice and very pretty place and Ricardo is very responsive, we had a small problem with the shower and sent a message to Riccardo at one in the morning thinking he would see the message in the morning when he woke up, but he responded within five minutes, (sorry Riccardo) I probably woke him up but he was very kind! The problem was solved the same morning and the rest of the stay was really very pleasant!

We were in the accommodation at the beginning of June 2025, we liked it very much & we could feel comfortable right away. It was as shown in the pictures, the complex very well maintained and clean & the apartment very well equipped. The communication with Riccardo was great and very friendly. We will be happy to come back! 😊

A fantastic and helpful host who accommodated all our needs. The tasteful and well thought out furnishing, the extra touches made this a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable apartment. The district is quiet and walkable to shops, cafes and the beach. The off street parking, ground floor made this a very easy place to call home. Thank you

We had a pleasant stay at Simone's. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and identical to the description. The outdoor setting with swimming pool and garden are appreciable. The neighborhood is quiet. A peaceful place to rest and unwind. Simone is a great host. He is very responsive and attentive. He advised us well on the beaches where to swim. He's also very generous. He offered us vegetables and he offered us a pizza evening. We had a great time with the other guests. We recommend it!

Amazing place if you would like to run out from city centre. Beautiful vila with pleasant aura. Definitely recommend it to my friends and family. And will be back soon. Love this place ❤️
