Beachfront holiday rental in Metropolitan City of Cagliari

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We enjoyed the time in Marcos' house very much. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the advertisement. Marco's instructions were very helpful to us. Marco then drove us to the airport, which was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

Very nice house, two blocks from the beach. From all rooms you can get to terraces. The bus right on the beach runs into town every 20 minutes. Heating in all rooms, we were there in April, that's already good. Good amenities, everything is there. Some old pans could be replaced. Supermarket within walking distance. A few nice chairs in the garden would still be great. And thank you to Daniela for the great care when checking in and out and the many tips.

The accommodation was clean and there is a wonderful view of the sea. There are also two beaches where you can bathe in the sea. The accommodation providers provide detailed information about the accommodation and provide a complete answer to all questions. It is located in a quiet resort area, so it is perfect for those who want to relax, but restaurants and shops are 5-6 km away, so it is worth arriving by car.

everything perfect. Location super close to the beach 🌊 and the view from the terrace is amazing, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, communication was perfect and on top we had our own parking spot. Thank you!

We stayed with Michael for 3 nights. Immediately welcomed with extreme courtesy, he has provided us throughout our stay with various directions and tips for tourist sites, beaches and restaurants. His house is a villa perched on the mountain, easily accessible with great charm for extraordinary views of the sea! It has all the comforts described and more. Cleanliness is impeccable, and I can guarantee that having your first coffee in the morning in absolute peace with a view of the blue is priceless. We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

Marco’s accommodation is amazing! It is located steps from the beach and plenty of local bars. You are also a short bus ride away from Cagliari city center. This is the perfect place to stay in Sardinia.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the pictures. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

The place was very clean and well maintained. Everything necessary in the kitchen and otherwise was available. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the community is very well maintained. There is also a community pool that you can use for 2 euros per adult. In the afternoon, this is nice and shady. The contact with Concetta and her husband Franco was very nice, helpful and quickly accessible. Arrival and departure were straightforward.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

Veronica's place is a dream! I didn't know exactly what to expect on arrival because of the property style - I would assume it wouldn't be comfortable. However, I was so impressed! It was beautifully clean - everything in great working order, and so comfortable. Veronica had thought of everything you could possibly need as a guest! The location was just perfect, right on the beach and as soon as I left, and went to stay in Cagliari Centre, I missed the view and the peace. You feel like you're in a really remote, beautiful beach location, but you're also just a 15 minutes drive from the city centre. And you've got one of the best seafood restaurants, Lo Scolio, on your doorstep. It was quite a bit more expensive than I would have liked, and I definitely went well over my budget, however, I don't have any regrets. Thank you Veronica! I hope to come back soon!

Everything was perfect and it was a pleasant stay

Sitting on the terrace, the sea in front of you and hearing it in bed, a short walk and you are on the beach, Michele's house is perfect for a relaxing time.

Everything was great. Easy handover of the key. Large rooms, nice bathroom. Very nice porch to chill out. Easy communication with owner.

Barbara was a great host. The Airbnb was nice and clean, with everything you could need. The beach and bus stop were nearby. Barbara answered all of our questions and gave us lots of useful information about Cagliari. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lara was always ready in her communications and gave useful advice. The room is located in a fabulous location with respect to the wonderful walk of Poetto and its beaches. It is also close to the Saline Park and if you do not have the car there are bus stops a short walk away.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

Andreas' accommodation is quiet and relaxed. Andrea is courteous, responds immediately and directly to all requests and concerns, is uncomplicated and friendly! The apartment was clean and everything necessary was available and if we needed something, Andrea did it or brought it within minutes. We recommend a car to explore the area optimally. We were very much in love with Giorgio and Co. 😉
