Farmstay holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

The house looks exactly like the pictures. The furnishings are also accurate. There is everything you need for cooking, in the bathroom, etc. The rooms are large and functional. The beds squeak a bit and on the TV there are dozens of programs that you can't watch, but since we were there for a vacation, it was incidental. The host's aunt took great care of us and we were able to communicate in English without any problems. The environment is very nice. We looked at Chioggia, of course Venice, then we were in Sottomarina on the way, called Diga, with his Ferris wheel and we found the most wonderful beach, L'Ultima Spiaggia in Isolaverde with a free parking space in front. Super nice sandy beach and fantastic for shelling and watching crabs. Our 3 kids felt just as comfortable as we parents. All in all it was a relaxing, detest and ingenious holiday. Thank you to our host Elisabetta and to Aunt Maria. If we are in the area again, we would love to stay there again. 😘

When you arrive by boat in this earthly paradise, forget what world you live in and the weather flows serene in communion with nature and what nature! It is really unspoiled! If then you add sunsets, dinner in company cooked by the owners (fish grilled with their vegetables) and Anna and Andrea who tell you the history and aspects of the lagoon ecosystem, you are really excited. The entire island awaits you with symbolically open embankments, it will be like staying at home!

Absolutely wonderful. Nothing to complain. The apartment and the beach as the pool-area are clean, comfortable an a paradise for kids (our a 5 and 7 years old).

We've had a lovely time at Casa Cervade. We were welcomed most kindly when we arrived and Renata had so many great recommendations for things to visit. The region is tremendously beautiful and well worth a visit. Next to that, the house itself is perfect. It has everyting you need for a family of six adults. The outside of the house is even beter. They have a great and large garden in which you can sit in both the sun and the shade. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the kindness of Renata and her family.

The best part of the stay were the hosts Antonio and Alberto. Antonio was very responsive and helpful as well. He gave all the required information plus his recommendations for Venice tours. The house was as per the photos and clean. We had our own vehicle so it made it easier to arrive.

The accommodation is a nice, charming and typical Italian estate. It is ideally situated to explore Veneto by car. Venice is less than 30 minutes away. The saltwater pool was our rescue in the hot summer. We really enjoyed it there. As well as the tranquility that the location brought. Attention: There are a lot of mosquitoes there, so bring a biteaway and mosquito spray! The apartment is small, but basically has everything you could need. Unfortunately, unlike what was stated in the ad, there are no basic foods for cooking (oil, salt, pepper). However, supermarkets are a few minutes away. The host Gianluigi is a very friendly person. He was always quick to reach. If you don't speak Italian, communication may be a bit difficult. All in all, we were very satisfied with the stay at Gianluigi's and would recommend the apartment!

We enjoyed Stefano’s place very much. Beautiful nature, garden. We will come back with kids definitely in spring or summer.

Highly recommended! Communication was prompt and easy with Linda who is a responsive and thoughtful host. The house is elegant, spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Large bedrooms with very comfy beds. We enjoyed chatting to Linda and her mum who both made us feel welcome and very much at home. We borrowed bikes and enjoyed going along the river path to the Archeological museum nearby. Close to Marco Polo Venice airport. Could be based here to explore the region, visit Treviso, and for day trips to Venice. Peaceful quiet setting with pleasant verandah for outdoor dining and ample space to park the car. Thank you for a great stay!

Linda and her mum are two very warm and friendly people. On site, the two were open to all inquiries and always had a solution ready. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of there. The place was romantic,rustic with old furniture. We were lucky enough to enjoy the accommodation to ourselves and thus had a lot of space. A car is definitely necessary to get from A to B. Linda's deposited guide is highly recommended. It was very nice and we thank you for the great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Linda's. Nice clean room and bathroom. Free parking in de Garden. There is a great restaurant just 150m from the house. We left early and missed breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something would have to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. Very happy to come back!

Comfortable apartment and Fabienne was helpful and kind. Lovely pool and gardens. In summer with kids you really need a car to get around the area. Thanks for having us.

The place was quiet yet centrally located. We were able to make many excursions, e.g. to Venice, Chioggia and Padua - everything is easily accessible. The yard has a lot of charm and is very clean and well maintained. Fabienne and her husband are very nice and attentive. A place to relax and feel good - we can only recommend it and would come back.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Franco's home on Torcello. Franco was welcoming and very helpful at checkin and always available if we encountered any issues or questions. The property is truly a place of peace and beauty and our family had an unforgettable stay.

We had a nice stay. Nice and quiet & spacious & beautiful base for Venice and surroundings.

Made to feel welcome by Rita and Bruno, they kept us supplied with fresh homegrown veg and a super breakfast on our last day. Accommodation was simple but comfortable, although we felt a soft seating area would have made a good place into a great one! But all the facilities and utensils you need. Great restaurant on site too. Lovely pool and surroundings ideal for a family as good play area with climbing frame and swings and football goals(we are a bit too old to make full use of them😅) Great shop in nearby Lido di Jesolo, street closed to vehicles in the evening and local market in Jesolo on Friday's. 30 minutes drive to punta sabbioni to catch ferry to venice. Relaxing place in country setting, but thing to note, farm hosts childrens campus most weekdays from 7.30am, although they didn't affect us. Well worth a visit. Thank you Rita and Bruno.
