This Charming Villa has belonged to our family for a very long time. Since we all had been living abroad, the Villa had been empty for nearly a decade. In spring 2018, we came back and started a hard but fruitful work of renovation all by ourselves, and now we are ready to offer YOU the opportunity of discover the beauties of Venice setting our Villa as Your warm and cozy shelter. It is only 1 minute walk from Bus Stop and 5 minutes walk for supermarket, restaurants and beautiful public beach.

Accommodation surrounded by greenery

The little house is a space surrounded by nature but a stone's throw from Treviso. Open space with separate kitchen and bathroom, TV, double sofa bed and a large outdoor pergola with barbecue. Convenient to the Treviso Sud motorway exit, on the route to Jesolo, a few minutes from Roncade and about ten by car from the center of the city. Venice is easily reached by car or from the stations of Meolo and Treviso. Pets allowed by prior arrangement. It is possible to add a camping cot for a child.

Cozy Tavern

The house, spacious and welcoming, is nestled in the Treviso countryside, surrounded by a large garden and close to vast green areas and free sports fields. Located north of Treviso, it is just a few minutes by car from the city center or other tourist destinations such as Bassano del Grappa, Asolo, Valdobbiadene, and the beach, about 20 km away. The bus stop for the train station and city center is just a few meters from the house. Venice can be reached in 40 minutes by train.

The 70 sqm cottage is inside a wooded and fenced garden with a swimming pool NOT FOR EXCLUSIVE USE and a barbecue. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen and large living area with exclusive furniture. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating with pellet stove. Carport. Use of the pool is limited in the Apr/Oct period. Pets are welcome.

Appartamento Laguna is located on the ground floor of a residence. It has two gardens and the port to reach Venice is just 10 minutes far away. Your pets are welcome! Enjoy your holiday surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere and everything you need! The area in which it is located is very quiet. Not only the port to get to Venice and its islands is just 10 minutes away on foot, but also the bus station to go to Jesolo. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes by car.
