The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

Siamo riusciti a ricavare da un vecchio casolare queste camere, calde e accoglienti, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno immerso alla campagna e nella tranquillità. Al secondo piano abbiamo potuto consevare le travi in legno già esistenti. Ogni camera è indipendente per quanto riguarda TV, frigo bar, aria condizionata e riscaldamento e wifi gratuito full time
