Modern double room with ensuite bathroom

I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

he guesthouse is situated in Venice, providing accommodation just 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 800 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with a fridge, a Smart TV, Free Wifi and shared bathroom with a shower. Sheets and towels are provided in the guesthouse rooms.

All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee), no checkin after 21 o'clock). This is a small single room with a sink inside the bedroom and a small ensuite bathroom (WC & shower). It has aircon (1st June to 1st September), heating (October to March), a desk, a wardrobe, a chair, Italian TV channles and WIFI. It's a budget room. The view is to the wall of the neighbourhood.
