Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Metropolitan City of Venice

We are very happy to stay in the apartment. Clean and everything at a high level! Next to it is a shop and a bus stop to the center of Venice. The host takes great care of the guests' satisfaction, he is a great contact. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment☺️

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The room was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was — perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Tram to go to Venice is minutes away. Our host waited for us upon arrival and gave us helpful instructions. We had access to a washing machine in the apartment, which was super helpful! We had a great experience and this place is highly recommended!

By far the best host I have ever experienced. Extremely helpful and professional. Samuel was extremely kind and helped me with many local informations before my arrival. He was also very flexible regarding the check-in and check-out timings. The apartment is exactly as described in the images and has all the amenities for a family. The place is very spacious and makes you feel home. The views from the balcony give true Italian vibes. Venice island is only 10 mins drive by car and also there are public transport options nearby. We used our car to the island as there was a transport strike during our visit. I would recommend Samuel's apartment to everyone looking for a stay during their trip to Venice.

Loved this home!! Pictures don’t do it justice it is big and give you so much room to relax after a long day. The bathrooms are modern and kitchen has everything you need. Garden was amazing to sit outside with wine or coffee to hear singing from Church or kids playing outside. Mariacristina sent messages to make sure we got in ok and to check to see if we needed anything. Great host. The location could not have been more perfect a 18 min walk to the square. A pastry shop, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Could not have asked for a better stay!!! Can’t wait to come back.

Very attentive host

Very good accommodation with the world's best host. Perfect for a family or a group of friends who want to visit Venice. It's very easy to get there. The surroundings are a common residential area. Nice apartment with well-functioning air conditioning. Host was very good and helpful. Always responded quickly and was pleasant.

Lovely place at short distance from Bus number 2 stop. Loris was amazing as host, he provided clear instructions and even took the extra ordinary pain of picking us up from Train station. Would definitely recommend and if I travel again then will stay again. Thank you Loris
