Holiday rentals with a patio in Metropolitan City of Venice

l'appartement est très bien placé. Le quartier est calme tout en étant à 10-15 minutes à pied de la place Saint Marc. La 1ere station de Vaporetto est à 5 minutes, ce qui est très pratique ! La terrasse est vraiment un plus avec la vue sur un des canaux qui est très agréable à toute heure de la journée. La communication avec Johannes était excellente avec des reponses rapides

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

The villa is very nice with most basic amenities provided. Public transport is nearby too which can get you to the main city and even the metre station easily. It has a private backyard too! Overall a pleasant stay.

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

No lo dudes, es espectacular el apartamento, tiene todo lo necesario para que estés muy cómodo y tranquilo. Ampliamos nuestra estancia un día más por lo cómodo que fue, gracias por la calurosa atención!!!

The apartment was clean and well-located, and communication with the host and manager via (Whats app) was excellent. Beds were fine, WiFi and TV worked well, and the fans in the bedrooms were helpful since the AC doesn’t reach the living area as well. The doors and keys were a little tricky at first—probably more on us than the setup. One tip for future guests: if you’re arriving with a lot of luggage, taking a water taxi to the nearby Rio Terà dei Nomboli stop would make check-in much smoother. We carried bags over many bridges and were worn out on arrival. There’s also a sweet kids’ art studio on the corner—wish we’d known ahead of time to book a class! Overall, a solid stay in a charming spot.

Die Wohnung von Edoardo war einfach perfekt! Sehr groß, extrem sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war da, was man braucht – von Klimaanlagen über Kaffeemaschine bis zu Fernsehern – alles modern und gut gepflegt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

The apartment was great. On the pricey side but well worthwhile. Beautifully appointed, clean and with typical Venetian decor. Very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teens. Each had their own room and en-suite bathroom. The rooftop altana was an extra bonus for at home happy hour in the evening and early morning coffee. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the linens were pristine. Exactly as described and actually even better in person. Sig.ra Nadia who assisted as with check-in was amazing. Extremely helpful throughout our stay and very warm and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing four days in this magical city!

Communication with the host was very smooth, the appartement was very tidy, good beds and provided with everything we needed. Location is excellent, very quiet location, close to the vaporetto stop.

The place was incredibly spacious and clean. When you enter, the lower level is a large open area. Going up one set of stairs, you encounter the kitchen, a living area, and the bedrooms/ bathrooms all on that level. The pull out couch was all set for us, and it had basically everything we needed. The check-in was easy, and Andree was nice enough to let us keep our luggage on the first floor area since our flight to Athens didn't leave until 3 pm. Any minor issue we encountered had little to do with the host and more with infrastructure issues in the city. She provided many recommendations for us.

Sve je bilo odlicno, smestaj lep, komforan, prostran, odlicno opremljen i čist. Kuca i dvorište jako lepi. Komforan ulazak u dvorište kolima, dosta mesta za parkiranje. Patricija je ljubazna i usluzna, sve preporuke za smestaj i domacina. Proveli smo divno vreme u Lido di Jesolu. Veliki pozdrav za Patriciju. Preporučićemo prijateljima i ponovo doći ako bude prilike.

Ce séjour fut très agreable. Le logement était conforme aux descriptions et par dessus tout le calme de cette habitation était reposant après une journée à visiter les environs. Ce logement était dans un état irréprochable ce qui fut très plaisant en le découvrant . Nous sejournerons a nouveau chez vous si c'était à refaire 😊

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

This place is perfect for exploring Venice. Its steps from the vaporetta and the best Bacarri in Venice. Dinner on the rooftop is an amazing.

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

Desde el primer contacto, la comunicación fue impecable, clara y muy rápida. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la calidez y la atención genuina de Apollo y Diana. Son unos anfitriones supremamente atentos y amables, que tienen en cuenta hasta el más mínimo detalle y lo hacen con un afecto que te hace sentir verdaderamente bienvenido. ¡Su hospitalidad se siente desde el momento de la llegada! El apartamento es una maravilla: grande, cómodo y muy lindo, decorado con excelente gusto. Además, estaba impecablemente aseado, lo que siempre es un plus enorme. La ubicación es ideal para viajeros, ya que está muy cercano a la estación de tren, facilitando muchísimo el acceso a cualquier punto. ¡No encontramos una mejor experiencia en toda Europa! Recomendamos a Apollo y Diana al 1000% sin dudarlo. The best choice to stay when in Venice! It is super clean, modern, very spacious and bright! With s fabulous garden that surrounds the flat itself where we would have dinner ❤️! The area is absolutely magnificent- half an hour by bus& Vaporetto from turisty Venice. Nice quiet beach 3 minutes away to return to after the hustle and bustle of the City! Perfect for families with children that want to do both sightseeing and beach activities as well! Fabulous coffee shop and great Pizzeria just round the corner! Great communication with the hosts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Le logement de Jenny est une très bonne surprise pour nous ! Nous y avons passé une seule nuit avant de prendre l'avion tôt le matin mais nous y serions bien resté un peu plus ! C'est un appartement spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire ! Attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée : deux dosettes de café et de quoi prendre un petit déjeuner nous attendait ! Au vu du peu de temps que nous avions, cela nous a vraiment fait plaisir ! Par ailleurs, je recommande cet appartement pour le gens comme nous qui prenait l'avion a l'aéroport car nous avons pu faire le trajet a pied en 20 min sans nous presser ! Parfait !

The apt is exactly as pictured, very spacious, comfortable beds and great location. Orietta gave us so many great recommendations and was very responsive. We loved the balcony where we sat and enjoyed our morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The drinks/ wine and snacks left were an added bonus. Definitely recommend this charming apt.

the hosts are really friendly and checked in on us via message. we were always able to reach them if we would have needed something. they send clear instructions for check in. we felt really welcome. overall it was a great stay and Barbara and Maurizio are really great hosts. if we visit jesolo again we will come back.

Wir haben 2 Wochen hier verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage ist unschlagbar...direkt am Strand, super zentral und fußläufig sind unzählige Geschäfte, Restaurants und Attraktionen erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Dadurch haben wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alessandro war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen.
