Waterfront holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

Valentina was a wonderful host from start to finish! She was incredibly responsive and helped with all of our requests for activities, restaurants, transportation, etc. The apartment was just as advertised, plenty of space for me and my partner, very clean. It was the perfect location because it was quiet/private at night but only a few minutes walk to many restaurants & attractions. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to everyone!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön in winem venezianischen Stil eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige Lage, kurz Anbindung an den Anleger und gemütlich. Da wir zu 4. dort waren, musste 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa übernachten. Das war leider gar nicht komfortabel. Das Hauptbett hingegen war super. Genauso sollte man wissen, dass es keine „richtigen“Türen in der Wohnung gibt. Auch nicht zum Badezimmer und zur Toilette. Was uns persönlich ein wenig gefehlt hat, war die klassische Bialetti für den Herd. Aber die Cafés sind sehr nah gewesen. Ansonsten ist diese Wohnung super ausgestattet und Giovanna ist sehr zuvorkommend.

This apartment was in the perfect location central to what we wanted to see and do in Venice. The instructional video on finding the entrance was very helpful. Very close to an amazing gelateria which was a big plus!! Having a place to drop our luggage before we could check in was also hugely helpful. The place was clean enough but had some stained bedding. Responsive host. Overall a very good experience and worth the cost for our family of 5.

We really like the house, a designer place. All the details made with thought and it’s not a common apartment - in Venice is hard to find these kind of designer places. Gets slightly dark, less light in the house but we also liked that. Neighborhood is amazing! Far from the loud crowd yet close to walking distance everywhere.

Wir waren 3 Freunde zum erstenmal in Venedig. Sandro erklärte uns genau wie man am schnellsten zur Unterkunft gelangt. Obwohl wir verspätet ankamen , gab es überhaupt keine Probleme diesbezüglich . Die Tips der Restaurants waren auch alle perfekt . Die Lage der Wohnung hätte nicht besser sein können. Alles zu Fuß super erreichbar. Wir waren das erste Mal da, aber sicher das letzte Mal ;)

Marc and Elizabeth’s space is spacious and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are tidy and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable for sure, but the inspiring design is what should compel you to book. All the details make it feel very special from the terrazzo floors, to the textiles, to the thoughtful lighting. My teenaged sons will forever remember lounging in that gorgeous living room, playing chess while Gilberto Gil and John Coltrane play softly on CD in the background. Cannaregio is a perfect place to stay — away from the most crowded areas but still accessible to everything . For reference, we were able to walk to the Maritime museum on the opposite side of Venice in 30 minutes. Elizabeth was kind and her dining recommendations were spot on.

Wir haben uns in den letzten vier Wochen des Aufenthalts hervorragend untergebracht gefühlt. Nach einem ausführlichen Checkin durch Elena hat alles super geklappt, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, ruhig und insbesondere Elena war immer unterstützend, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns eigentlich immer wie zu Hause gefühlt und können deshalb die Unterkunft von Elena bestens empfehlen! An dieser Stelle nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Monica's place was amazing and a great fit for our family of 5. The location was quite and close to all the sights. Monica was also very flexible with our check in. we had a flight delay that pushed our arrival back to the evening instead of the morning. Monica communicated with us throughout the day and made sure to meet us at the home after a long day of delays. We are so thankful and relieved to have had the home available when we arrived and would recommend her place to all families for an amazing stay in Venice.

we really enjoyed our stay at Tiffany Gold. We have quite high standards about where we stay and Tiffany Gold was a lovely stay. staying on Burano is the best way to fully experience the island. after all the tourists go home and before they arrive again in the morning, the island is quiet and peaceful and you can wander the streets and cross the bridges often as the only person around. it's beautiful. Back at Tiffany Gold, there were so many beautiful things to love too. the view from the bedroom and scent of flowering jasmine were both stunning. The bed was large and very comfortable ! the linens and furnishing were carefully chosen and the space was well curated. the bathroom was small but really lovely. bring able to sit outside was fabulous! The only addition we would make us to add a coffee table, foot stool and cushions to the lounge area. We've explored Burano before and this time we came to relax. Putting our feet up would have been the cherry on top!!

I highly recommend booking Andrea’s place in Venice. It was the perfect stay, with very thorough and clear instructions checking in. It is spacious, relaxing and offers privacy. The spa was absolutely perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking and enjoying the accommodations of the city. Andrea was also very kind enough to check in through messaging and make sure we had everything we needed. You’ll be highly satisfied and definitely feel that you got your money’s worth in this location. 10/10!!!

If this flat is available for your time frame, don’t hesitate. Possibly the best place I ever rented. Excellent location, pristinely clean, Great beds. Carlo went above and beyond to show us are surrounding area and highlights. Take his advice on the bakery and restaurant. So happy we were able to experience this place. I would go back. Thanks

Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Marco. Elle est très agréable, le jardin privatif est un plus très appréciable, la maison est très bien entretenue, bien agencée, et très propre. Le quartier est beaucoup plus calme que les quartiers plus touristiques que l’on rejoint facilement à pied ou en bateau. Irene qui a été notre contact pendant notre séjour a été très à l’écoute de nos demandes et nous a renseignés à chaque fois avec beaucoup de réactivité et d’efficacité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié séjourner à Venise dans ce quartier et dans la maison de Marco.

Superbe emplacement pour visiter Venise et ces alentours ! hôtes disponible et réactif. appartement facile d'accès.Le calme est très appréciable pour profiter de l'extérieur ! Venise est facile d'accès par le bateau ! Murano est relié directement à l'aéroport par la navette (bateau). Restaurant très sympa à proximité...bref l'idéal pour visiter Venise et être au calme le soir!

Die Unterkunft war einfach zu finden, der Check in problemlos. Die Lage ist sehr gut, etwas ruhiger abseits aber nur 10 Minuten von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, es gibt nette Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Kindern (11 und 13) hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt un kommen gerne wieder.

Very responsive host. The place is located in the residential area which means less crowds . It worked great for my family.

Elena’s place was perfect for our stay in Venice. Clear and easy instructions and Elena met us to take us to the apartment. She provided useful history about the apartment which was fascinating. It was an ideal location about 20 min walk to both Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. Many nearby restaurants, bars and supermarket 2 mins from the property. Although a busy square the apartment was lovely and quiet. Watching the boats pass by along the canal was wonderful. Elena was a perfect host and I would definitely recommend.

Elia's place was absolutely wonderful. Located in a quiet side street yet still very central and just a few minutes from the bus station, it offered the perfect mix of peace and convenience. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, with charming details and artwork on the walls throughout. Each room was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I felt right at home from the very first moment. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

Eine wirklich sehr schöne, ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung! ich habe mich sofort in die Murano-Lampen verliebt und in den Blick auf den Kanal und ins Grüne! ich fand es noch schöner als auf den Bildern.

Not only is the apartment beautiful, comfortable, and clean, Beatrice went above and beyond any AirBnB host I’ve ever had by meeting us at the vaporetto stop, walking with us the five minutes to the apartment, and giving us an overview of the apartment, nearby shops and restaurants, and things to do in Venice. She was available to answer questions throughout our stay and provided helpful info about getting around town. She was so friendly she made us feel very much at home. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Le logement d’Elena est extrêmement bien placé - 5 minutes à pied du pont RIALTO ! Plein centre de Venise .

A true gem! The balcony really adds a unique dimension; to be able and watch every day life in Venice was so interesting. The apartment is in easy walk of great cafes and restaurants and handy for The Vaporetto and water taxis. We travelled with my 89 year old mother and were very grateful for the flexible check in after our early flight. We ate out each meal, so easy with so many great places in easy walking distance. Amongst our favourite, for breakfast was San Giovanni Vini e Cicchetti for fabulous chichetti !
