Private room with terrace to relax Roma - Condesa!

Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Coyoacán, Independent room with stove & bath

You will love my space because it is an independent Mexican style room with private bathroom and small space for cooking, table to work or eat. Fully remodeled, high quality mattress and wifi. Space safe, nice, bright and comfortable for one person. The room has its own entrance. Guest is given keys to the room and to the house entrance. Places of interest: Frida Kahlo Museum, Coyoacán, plus a direct walking through subway station direct to downtown. Perfect location for walking in City.

Room in Rooftop / Portals

Lovely room in a rooftop between the center and the south of the CDMX. Near the most touristic places: 15 min from La Roma/Condesa, Coyoacán, Wtc, Zócalo and 25 min from Airport, Xochimilco, Polanco and Foro Sol. The spot is in a local zone close to the Subway (400m), supermarkets, mini super, restaurants, laundry’s. The place is completely private, and has a double bed, Tv, bathroom, wifi and a kitchenette and an incredible view to the sunset and the city. 420 friendly too 🍃

"El Palomar de Leonardo" is very well lit, it is a space with a rustic design. Functional, providing great comfort and a very good location. The kitchenette allows the preparation of food with complete freedom and comfort (Microwave Oven, Stove, Refrigerator and kitchen utensils). Close to Mixcoac Metro station 200m All guests are welcome, regardless of gender, religion, race, or creed. Due to the proximity to another space and stairs, we do not allow children under 12 years old.

Two exterior stairs led you to the rooftop. *The studio is located in the rooftop of our house, so you cross through the main house. We are located in San Miguel Chapultepec, a beautiful neighborhood next to Chapultepec Park and Condesa, near 2 subway stations, bike lanes, and metrobus.

Great location, we are 10 minutes from the Palacio de lo Deportes, Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, Foro Sol, TAPO bus terminal. And a 20-minute drive to the Historic Center.

It has a minibar and grill, and all the necessary utensils for cooking. A separate bathroom, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a closet. On one side we have a small and comfortable terrace with Acapulco chairs and little plants to go out for fresh air and relax

100% private studio apartment with parking and separate entrance, private bathroom, no card or stove, therefore without dishes or cutlery, if it has table and chairs, it is like a hotel room. It is located in a residential area, very close to Estudios Churubusco, 10 min Centro coyoacán, 15 min Foro Sol, 20 min Airport, 30 min CDMX center, fast access roads. NO PETS
