Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Mexico

My husband and I stayed at Mary’s while we were in town for a wedding. We absolutely loved it! It is in the best location, everything is walkable! The space was perfect for what we needed, and Mary was wonderful, very communicative. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again!

Andrés and his daughter were great hosts. They gave us great local recommendations and checked in on us multiple times throughout the week to make sure we were doing well and asked if we needed anything. They’re both super responsive and the location was very central to all the museums we wanted to see. It’s also relatively close to multiple pickup spots if you’re doing any excursions. The bathroom was very clean and the beds comfortable. It was a lovely stay!

The stay in the house was very good, the facilities are nice, there is everything to make the stay very comfortable, the only thing is that the streets around are very ugly, they are not paved and it is difficult to walk between them

Loved this place, great view of Mexico. Place was very easy to find and check in. I will be coming back again soon.

We had a great stay at Carla’s place in Roma Norte. The location was perfect; quiet but close to many highlights in CDMX. Communication was fast and clear throughout. We had a small issue with the hot water, but it was resolved quickly. The late check-out was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been to Sayulita 30ish times in the last few years. This is my new favorite location. I’ve stayed here twice in the last month. I’ll be booking here every time I come back if it’s available.

Great 2 night stay here. The apartment was well located 20 mins from the airport and beach. Claudia was great at communicating and very friendly!! The apartment is on the top floor along with another one but you also can share the downstairs seating and kitchen. The pool was lovely to use. Great public local beach (Lobster beach) was nice. Walmart close for shopping. Would recommend. Easy to take Ubers.

Excellent apartment to stay a few days on vacation to get to know Puerto Escondido, close to the airport, easy to find and clean. Tim is very attentive and friendly for communication and accessible in case of problems. Recommended

The house is a dream, I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet place with access to nature in Tepoztlán. You wake up with an incredible view of the Tepozteco and you can relax in the garden to which only you have access and it is very well cared for. The place is very comfortable and Antonio and his wife are very kind, they give you very good tips on things to do in the area, where to eat or how to get to the center (which is super fast and cheap). We took it super easy, we went up to the tepozteco one day and very quickly we got to the center and back to the house in the van. They also gave us good recommendations for ordering food, considering that in the afternoons it rained and without a car we preferred to stay in the house. The place is very comfortable and highly recommended! Armando and his wife were very attentive and quickly responded to our messages.

The house is very nice and large, the cleanliness is very good, the temperature in the pool and jacuzzi is always excellent, the sound system that it has allows you to enjoy yourself a lot and have fun because it also has karaoke. The host was always attentive and was very attentive upon arrival, he explained the important things to us in detail. Very good experience, I would return without hesitation.

It was a beautiful place love the animals and the beach walks. The people was friendly and happy the spoke English . Also very spacious. We felt very safe and secure.

Belen is a fantastic host! I have stayed in dozens of Air BNBs and this is my favorite. What a stunning home! The pool was refreshing and clean. The garden and patio are a magical place to have coffee and enjoy the music from the birds. The location is an easy walk to the center. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful oasis! Belen has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and linens, and toiletries. If you want to stay a few blocks from the main roads, I highly recommend this home. There were 3 of us but it could have easily fit 6.

A place I would definitely return to. The cabin is divine on the outside and inside, you can tell that a design lover is involved because every place is well thought out. I loved the atmosphere of the property and how nice it was to sleep in such soft sheets with a delicious aroma. The details count and this made me fall in love. Their pillows were super comfortable and several details give that extra touch that they love. What a nice place to relax and enjoy. 😌

Gianella’s place was everything we wished for. The views are spectacular.. We travel here for my 44th birthday and I’ve couldn’t have asked for a better gift than to have our own paradise. The pictures don’t do its justice. Everything was excellent 10 out of 10. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Very nice 3-day stay in this sweet apartment. The location is wonderful, just steps from all Condesa has to offer and its beautiful tree-lined streets. Mario and the team were wonderful with communication! Clean and spacious, and a large open kitchen. Wasn’t too loud for us at all, as they supply two nice fans which work well for white noise in a bustling part of the city. We appreciated the wonderful artwork, which was very original and felt more like home than a lot of Airbnbs. Thank you for a great stay!

The room and location was great. Communication was fluid and helpful. Matías’s place was perfect for easy access to beach and all the great shops and restaurants on the Island. The pool option provided that extra cool down when returning from an afternoon adventure. What's wild is that's it near the action but the area is pretty quiet. So you get best of many worlds. The staff was very helpful and hard working. All my questions were answered very quickly. If you have never been to the island this is a great place to start. This was our second time to the island and we loved this place. I would recommend staying here to anyone. (( for food people --Luuma is very close ( wow place) and breakfast close by is Painapol. <--- Fruit bowls and everything on menu....mmmm. mmm.The music at night walking around and every restaurant we went to was magnificent and so so tasty. Again, Great place. Great people. divine beaches. Magic abound. Hope you get the chance experience it all

The place is as shown in the photos, it is in a safe and very accessible area. Columba is a super host, always attentive and making sure everything was fine. The building's security staff also provided excellent service.

Great place, spotless clean. I used many airbnb, in the past, this was definitely the cleanest i have ever seen. Extremely responsive host, always making sure that i have what i need. The location is in the hotel area. I personally got around just fine using the bus, $1 ride, and it stops almost in front of the condo. I will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Mexico City's Roma Norte neighborhood. The location is fantastic -- stunning, vibrant, right on a gorgeous plaza, and super convenient. There are amazing restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and great bars all within walking distance or just a short Uber ride away. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, cozy, and very comfortable -- truly a lovely place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Everyone we interacted with during check-in was incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only thing to note is that there’s no air-conditioning. There were fans provided, which helped, but it was still a bit warm for us at night. Just something to keep in mind if you prefer sleeping in cooler temperatures. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting CDMX!
