Hotel holiday rentals in Miami River

My stay at Lincoln’s Suites was so comfy. I stayed by myself and the room is so spacious, has a kitchenette, walk in closet, small dining table, and a wonderful bed. Everything around it was so close. It’s a block walk to Ross, Five Below, CVS, liquor store etc. Everything is right there even the beach is just three short blocks. Cons: Limited kitchen gadgets (ex. Pots pans, paper towels, glasses. The ice machine is on the roof The bar for towels in the room I stayed in had a bit of rust. The walls carry sounds Other than that (minuscule things) everything was perfect. I would stay again. In fact planning on it and bringing my husband.

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

Stayed one night it was great time

Jens apartment was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and well taken care of. The view an access to the beach was awesome. It was very clean and velet with no parking fee a major plus. The apartment had everything u needed to cooking food and beach chairs and unbrella, beach toys if u have little ones. The beach was clean and water was clear. We mainly enjoyed the beach and did some site seeking out if Miami. If your looking to adventure in south beach or anywhere in Miami there is no parking at all you best bet is to a taxi or uber. Plan on spending a lot of money at restaurants. We loved the apartment and the beach but that was mainly it for Miami. Its a huge tourist spot so if u plan to just stay in Miami save your money on a car rental. If you want to adventure out like we did then rent a vehicle. I would definately rent from Jen again it was a perfect apartment for us and the price and convince was exactly what we was looking for. Thanks again Jen it was a perfect hidden

I had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and everything is easily accessible by foot. There’s a great restaurant right nearby, which made dining out super convenient. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the host made everything simple. If you’re looking for a relaxing, walkable spot near the ocean with great local options, this is the place. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful and affordable! I stayed there for a concert at the Kaseya Center and it was so great that the hotel was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd stay in the last year at this particular hotel. We really enjoy it there. It's always clean and has much to do in walking distance. I will say that this unit has been my favorite so far. I really enjoy having a view of the ocean and city. The ocean is a bit far away but still it's a great view. The bed was very comfortable. Large amount of space. Most of the products in the bathroom smelled like something men use which my husband didn't mind. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed for smaller meals. I would bring your own seasonings. I never found salt and pepper in the unit. Overall, really good stay and will be back to this unit.

Hotel is located in a great location in Sunny isles. Hotel and room was great. This is a great place when traveling with families and kids. Feels like a resort. Service is great. Room is conveniently located on 5th floor so you can get up and down very quickly. Highly recommend this place! Thank you.

Nice place. Shuttle picked me up from airport as promised. Ginger and Mint water on the tap for the humid weather of Miami on the tap. Restaurant on premises with a decent selection of food. Parking is 15 a day if you have a car. All around great stay. Yoga mat in the room so you can get your morning stretch in. Always a plus!

Everything was great!! Jose was a gracious host!! The room was beautiful and great views! I'm definitely going to book again when I go to Miami!!

This was the most beautiful hotel in terms of outdoor vibe, design, unique, artistic, and special with visually stunning architecture.

My only issue was that the air bnb site says the hotel charges 39 dollars per night for incidental’s but when I got there to check in the hotel also charges 150 and you also have to pay to park which was another 50 a day. Other then that it was a great place to stay

We love the Fontainebleau and decided to try an Airbnb on the property for this trip—I’m so glad we did! The unit was fantastic—comfortable, spacious, and came with all of the incredible hotel amenities and some, just as we’d expect from the Fontainebleau. The complimentary spa passes were a delightful surprise; my partner enjoyed the Lapis Spa thoroughly while I attended convention sessions. The view overlooking the resort, pool, and ocean was absolutely stunning, and the balcony was even larger than we expected, providing a perfect spot to play. Attending a convention can be hectic for me, so I enjoyed staying in the Sorrento Tower which offered a peaceful retreat away from the chaos of the convention. As a couple, we had ample space to spread out and feel at home. Our hosts, Tal and her husband, were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We’ll definitely consider booking this unit again.

An absolute pleasure to stay here! John and Jean are the best! Loved the quaintness of the room, the very short walk to the beach, the privacy on the beach, and the patio furniture in the evenings! Loved having beach towels and nice chairs to use daily. The laundry facilities are awesome, at only 4 quarters a load. Plenty of walkable restaurants and shops down the Broadwalk. I normally don’t like to stay at the same place twice, as I want to experience new things, but the Revere is definitely on my list to return to! You are guaranteed to make new friends here. Can’t recommend enough! Just book it!

Great place for couples or friends trip. I don’t realize it’s located in the LGBTQ community but it brought a lot of diversity and fun. I highly recommend dining at the bar next to the building or waking up early to watch the sunrise. Walking distance to everything! The pool/bar was a public social hangout vs a place to swim and relax. Spacious kitchen and balcony. Only thing negative I can say, the hotel manages the building and sent in someone while we were out, to collect and put in new towels without giving us any notice. The clean towels were placed in my open luggage, very odd! I can’t say anything negative about the host or place, unbeatable price for the location!

We had a little mixup with us leaving our luggage before our checking time but it was resolved quickly. Most restaurants that we wanted to visit were an Uber ride. There were some hotel restaurants local. We did Uber eats one night and it worked perfectly. Other than Miami be unseasonably cold it was a great stay. Our Airbnb was warm.

Kim's place was perfect for a group trip. This is in a trendy part of town, but it's still the city so keep your wits about you. Having multiple units increased the privacy and enjoyment of the entire group. We would definitely do this again!
