Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The discharge house, built in 1920, was completely renovated in 2016/17. It belongs to a decommissioned farm, which is located 5 km from Simbach am Inn. The ground floor is in a beautiful vaulted room a bread oven.( The room is not yet fully furnished and is therefore not rented) In addition, a 15 KW piece wood heater is located on the ground floor.
