Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Minturno

Me quede una noche con mi familia, la casa estaba muy limpia, muy ordenada. Dormimos muy bien. La casa tiene todo lo que necesario. La dueña es muy amable y coordina muy bien.

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. This place was the highlight of our 3+ week trip in Italy. Thank you, Carmine!

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Sonny con degli amici. È stata una vacanza bellissima, bella casa, bello lo spazio all’esterno. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Dopo un primo di adattamento (non ci aspettavamo una disposizione della struttura su tre livelli), ci siamo trovati molto bene e a nostro agio. Chiaramente la struttura non è adatta a chi ha disabilità motorie o difficoltà di deambulazione, ma il cenare la sera sul terrazzino è davvero un'esperienza molto gratificante. La posizione è nel cuore della Gaeta portuale ed è, quindi, molto caratteristica.

Wir haben uns im Apartment von Andrea sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Check-In war sehr angenehm und wir bekamen auch gleich Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Als weiteres Plus möchte ich hervorheben, dass uns nach Anfrage ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great stay. We worked remotely for a few days. The WiFi and the roof terrace were perfect for that. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach. Constantino was flexible in arrival and departure and communicated clearly in English.

It was a really lovely place. Arianna even cared for our Baby with a Special Chair/bed/bathtub. perfekt for us!

Thank you for a great place to stay in Terracina. The apartment had everything we needed and a magnificent view over the ocean. We also appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host. We would stay here again!

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Elisa è una persona splendida, molto disponibile e reattiva nelle comunicazioni. Il suo alloggio rispecchia in tutto e per tutto la sua attenzione in ogni particolare, infatti è presente tutto in necessario.Facile parcheggiare con le indicazioni date da Elisa .Tutto è come descritto. L'appartamento si trova a metà strada fra stazione e centro,entrambi raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Gli abitanti della zona sono molto cordiali. Dall' alloggio inoltre è facilmente raggiungibile l' Abbazia di Montecassino con il suo museo, le terme Varroniane , la chiesa di Sant' Antonio,il cimitero militare, la Rocca Janula, il Monastero di Santa Scolastica, l' anfiteatro romano e molto altro. Pienamente soddisfatta del mio soggiorno.

Rita, thank you that we could stay at your beautiful place! It was amazing! If you want to experience Gaeta and have the most breathtaking view on the sea you have to stay here! We really felt like we were home. Everything was perfect! We will definitely come back! Thank you! :)

Wat een fijn huis! Ondanks dat wij er voor een sterfgeval waren, hebben wij echt een thuisgevoel gehad. Mooie, rustige en schone woning. De communicatie was erg goed. Wij komen zeer zeker snel terug! Een mooie plek gevonden om vaker terug te keren in mijn vaderland. Bedankt voor alles.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

My son and I had a wonderful stay. We loved the place, it felt like "our place" right away. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Terricina. Only 2 blocks from a beautiful beach too!

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

La casa è molto carina, dotata di mobili e elettrodomestici nuovi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 (due adulti e una bambina piccola che ha dormito sul comodo divano letto). Molto buona la posizione a solo 5 minuti a piedi dal mare dove sono presenti molti stabilimenti balneari, ottimi soprattutto se si viaggia con bimbi piccoli come nel nostro caso.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Formia e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Situato al quinto piano, offre una vista mare mozzafiato che da sola vale il soggiorno. La posizione è ottima, nel cuore della parte storica della città, a pochi passi da tutti i principali servizi e punti di interesse. L’appartamento è tranquillo e ben tenuto, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa tra mare e passeggiate. Un plus non da poco è il parcheggio condominiale, molto comodo vista la posizione centrale. Consigliato sia per una breve vacanza che per soggiorni più lunghi.

Sejurul nostru la Leterra Luxury Apartment a fost absolut minunat! Apartamentul este exact ca în poze – elegant, curat și foarte bine echipat. Ce ne-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost terasa spațioasă, cu o priveliște superbă către mare – locul perfect pentru cafeaua de dimineață sau pentru a te relaxa seara. Locația este ideală: aproape de plajă, dar suficient de retrasă pentru a te bucura de liniște. Gazda a fost foarte amabilă și comunicativă, iar totul a decurs impecabil de la check-in până la plecare. Ne-am simțit extraordinar și vom reveni cu drag. Recomand din tot sufletul!

Monica is a wonderfully helpful host who always responded quickly, arranged a taxi from the station, and provided valuable tips. Someone previously wrote here in the reviews that on a scale of 1 to 10, the apartment gets a 12. I can only agree. Such a beautiful and clean apartment with a fantastic view. We are so happy with our stay at Monica’s place.

Kjempefin og stor leilighet plassert i porten til gamlebyen. Leiligheten har en flott takterrasse med kjempeutsikt til alle kanter, som vi benyttet mye. Kort avstand til restauranter og kaféer i den nydelige gamlebyen. Bente svarte raskt og var veldig behjelpelig og imøtekommende. Vi kan absolutt anbefale stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake😊.
