The train station and an Aldi can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot. The Festspielhaus can be reached in about 15 minutes. A large natural park, the former grounds of the state garden show, can be reached in 10 minutes. You can park right in front of the residential complex, along the road.

The built-in kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a foosball. A small children's room offers a place to sleep with a bed. A pull-out couch is also available. Travel cot available. Pets are welcome by arrangement for a fee.

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. The university is 10 minutes, the city center 15 minutes and the festival hall 20 minutes away by car. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is located directly next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.
