Parking space near the house and terrace for shared use. Franconian Switzerland is ideal for climbing and hiking!

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Therme-Obernsees is right in the village (3 minutes). Sanspareil only 15 minutes away - Bayreuth, Pottenstein and Gößweinstein only 25 minutes away.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Small, open-plan apartment/granny flat on the ground floor with fitted kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, etc.) with shower and toilet, towels, bed linen, hairdryer. Bedroom with wardrobe, living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV. Please let us know if you want us to make the sofa bed. Families with children are very welcome, there is a high chair available as well as various toys.

The newly renovated, approx. 75 sqm apartment is very quiet in Mistelgau. The built-in kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a shower/toilet. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a foosball table. A small children's room offers a sleeping option with a bed. There is also a sofa bed available. Travel bed available. Pets are welcome by arrangement for a fee.
