Doppelbett - Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Dusche, - eigene Terasse mit Sonnenmarkise und Terassenmöbeln. The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Die neu renovierte, ca. 75 qm große Dachgeschoss-Fewo liegt sehr ruhig in Mistelgau. Die Einbauküche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine, Herd, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffee- und Nespressomaschine. Das Bad hat eine Dusche / WC. Das großzügige Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und einen Kicker. Ein kleines Kinderzimmer bietet eine Schlafmöglichkeit mit Bett. Zudem steht eine Ausziehcouch zur Verfügung. Haustiere sind nach Absprache gegen Gebühr willkommen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen fränkischen Bauernhof, am Waldrand im schönsten Gebiet der fränkischen Schweiz. In der Engelschanze befinden sich 2 separate Wohnungen, die aber auch als Einheit für 8-10 Personen gebucht werden können. Der große Garten kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Er erstreckt sich über den angrenzenden Wald, in dem sich auch eine Hängematte zur allgemeinen Nutzung befindet. Zu jeder Wohnung gehört eine eigene separate Terasse mit Ausblick.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage umgeben von Hühnern, Schafen, Pferden, Lamas und Alpakas. Ideal zum Wandern und Radfahren, separater Eingang, eigene Terrasse, keine Treppe, Parkplatz bzw. Carport, gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbereich, Autobahn in 7 km erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Funpark, Schwimmbad, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Auto- Minuten erreichbar. Auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist vorhanden.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.
