Beautiful, quiet, well-kept and newly built ground floor studio in a residential complex in the most central part of the city right next to Ermou Street. Very close to the market, many shops, supermarkets, cafes and bars. Ideal place for those who want to get around on foot. There is also plenty of parking space on the street. Within a 10-minute walk there is the beach and the Tsamakia grove. It is modernly decorated and equipped with all the necessary items.
