Nothing to complain about at all, everything was absolutely right for us. Perhaps you could mention the following: Since the apartment is in the immediate vicinity of a dog boarding house, it is a little adventurous with a difficult dog. This is not a point of criticism at all, would have been desirable in the advertisement. 😊

A very cozy and modern accommodation. The landlords are very nice, respond very quickly and pose possible problems immediately. The apartment is located in a very quiet beautiful forest area. Our dog has also felt very comfortable and welcome!!!🦮🌲🌳We can only recommend the apartment hotel!🤗

We were staying at the place in the middle of Autumn. The home is located in the middle of the forest, and it's tranquil and beautiful. We were staying with the dog, and the dog really liked the location too :) We were visiting Saxony Schweiz National Park, and it was convenient to get there by car from the apartment. There is a dedicated free parking space right in front of the apartment. The place itself is excellent; it has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, TV, comfortable beds, electric grill, and a torch :) all facilities and furniture are in good condition, and gives you a very cozy feeling:) Overall, the experience was great. I hope to stay there again.

We had a great stay in the apartment! It is beautifully located, stylishly furnished, very clean and well equipped. (The only thing we were missing was an oven.) The communication was straightforward, we felt well looked after. We'll be back next year! :)

Very friendly staff, extra bed was no problem and the pool use in the neighboring building was great for the kids and for me🙂! A great location in Dresden Neustadt and you are quickly in the city center by tram.

Beautiful location at the edge of the forest. Cottage is practically furnished and very clean. In the area nice places to grab a bite to eat or drink. We enjoyed it! Aleksandra

Beautifully located hotel with a great wellness area and hearty, delicious kitchen in the evening. Breakfast was okay.

We liked the Alte Zollhaus very much, the staff is very nice and very friendly. The kitchen is excellent . There are also sports equipment ,billiards and a dart board if you have a long time. And a sauna is also included in the price. And it is all very clean, we liked it very much, we would always like to vacation to the Alte Zollhaus. It is highly recommend .

The arrangement and welcome with the host was absolutely perfect. The flexibility and hospitality was amazing. The possibility of bathing was pleasantly surprised. I can only recommend. All beautiful clean, excellent snidane, and the possibility of kava and caje in the room plus there is in the fridge. What to do🥰.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The view (especially on New Year's Eve) is priceless. The room looked bigger than shown in the photos. It was a bit unfortunate that the water in the pool was a bit cold, but the energy crisis is probably noticeable everywhere. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve thanks to the great accommodation. Many thanks also to the very friendly staff.

The inn is very cozy and tastefully decorated, is in a beautiful location overlooking the mountains and not far from many hiking trails. The hosts are very friendly and easily accessible. We will be happy to come back :)

Wonderful views and the forest for hiking is right outside the door, a dream. There is a great area for children, outside and indoors with a lot of great toys. In addition, very tasty food and Adam was very friendly and did everything to make us feel comfortable, very happy to come back. Perfect for families, but also simply hiking enthusiasts/nature lovers

I made a stop there to visit the "Alte Schmiede". Everything was great!

Perfect for being close to Klinovec pistes, very close to the Jachimov lift which takes you to the best slopes in the resort. Nice and cozy and equipped for skiers with boot warmers, hangers, etc.
