The apartment has underfloor heating from external blinds, a barrier-free entrance and an outdoor terrace with children's playground. Parking space free of charge.

Der Saurierpark Kleinwelka ist in 45 Minuten erreichbar. Der Nationalpark Sächsische Schweiz und Tschechien erreichst du in 60 Minuten. Tropical Island und Polen sind in 75 Minuten zu erreichen. Das schöne Erzgebirge z.B. Seiffen, kannst du in 80 Minuten bewundern. Berlin und Prag sind nur 120 Minuten entfernt.
