Hiking, getaways, the Ore Mountains has it!

In the beautiful Ore Mountains is the small village of Streckewalde where our apartment is located. The apartment consists of a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with toilet and washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a spacious hall. The main entrance is shared with apartment Pimpelmees, after which each apartment has its own entrance to be closed. In the hall of the main entrance is the access to the children's playroom, which is for shared use for the two apartments.

My apartment is located in the middle of a multi-party house settlement at the edge of the village of Auerbach. From all windows one looks directly into nature, has the ski lift from the living room in view and a parking at the front door. The apartment is refurbished and completely newly equipped. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. By car, many excursion destinations in the Ore Mountains are quickly reached. The nearest shops are less than 5 minutes away.

Cooking is available in the kitchen The stove, oven and dishwasher as well as basic furnishings are available. The hiking trails around Schellerhau and Alternberg are easily accessible from here.

From our adventure cottage you can hike or cycle. The new BLOCKLINE mountain bike route is particularly attractive for "mountain bike families". The silver city of Freiberg, Dresden and Saxon Switzerland as well as Prague are all within easy reach. If you do not want to cook yourself, you will find various good restaurants in Holzhau. So we also have a children's playground, bowling alley, sauna and much more to offer in the village.
