At an altitude of 1,100 m, you can enjoy a refreshing summer in the highland forests of Karuizawa, as well as a quiet, cold winter with heating throughout the house, high thermal insulation and airtightness, making it warm and comfortable indoors, and it can also be used as a base for touring the ski slopes. Enjoy a barbecue on the large balcony that you can access from the living room. Barbecues in the forests of Karuizawa are exceptional. A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example.
