This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro di Bologna sia se, come noi, si va all’unipol arena per un concerto. Zona tranquilla, fornita di mezzi di trasporto, negozi e supermercati. Noi abbiamo conosciuto Sara come host ed è stata gentilissima e disponibile, la casa un vero gioiello, impeccabile e pulitissima.

Nous y avons passés deux nuits, tout était au top! Le jacuzzi avec vue sur les montagnes est un bon plus et si vous y allez en été vous pourrez profiter des fruits qui poussent sur place. Il y a aussi un couple de voisins, qui sont absolument adorable et avec qui tout c'est bien passé.

Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

A casa estava impecável, tal como descrito nas fotos. Muito limpa e organizada e bastante ampla. O espaço é muito confortável, a cozinha está muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário. É uma boa localização para quem pensa em ir á F1 de Ímola porque está muito bem localizada face á estação de comboios e é numa zona calma. entre outras atrações na zona. Tivemos alguns imprevistos externos á casa, que a anfitriã nos auxiliou e nos ajudou a resolver de forma rápida. Muito responsiva e comunicativa. Ficamos muito agradados!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

Svegliarsi al mattino nel completo relax,lontano dal caos quotidiano,immersi nella natura é stata un’esperienza indescrivibile!L’alloggio è confortevole e dotato di tutti i comfort ! Antonella e suo marito sono delle persone eccezionali,cordiali,premurose e con un gran senso di ospitalità! Antonella ci ha deliziato ogni mattina con la sua colazione,tutta home made! Che dire…consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Our stay are Silvia’s was outstanding! We would highly recommend it! The space was incredible and Silvia and Pier are awesome hosts. We would encourage future guests to schedule the Parmesan tour and the Balsamic trip. We also were so happy that Pier was willing to share his culinary dinner skills with us! Delicious and so fun! And we just couldn’t get enough time with sweet Spike! Our castle stay could only have been better if we were there longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Marias Apartment! It is located in The middle of The City, you can go everywhere by foot. We Just loved The Building and The Apartment. It is quiet, The bed is very comfortable and we had The best Time! The House is very safe. And Maria is Just lovely! Thank you so much!

It was clear that Monica had put a lot of effort into making our stay as comfortable as possible which was much appreciated We unfortunately only had one night in the apartment but it was perfect for us and well connected for getting into the centre Thank you !

We were only in Bologna for one night, and I'm so happy we stayed here. It was central to everything we needed and was a beautiful and well-cared for space. Ilaria was so communicative and kind, made sure we had everything we needed to check in, and provided us with some wonderful recommendations. We had a really wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped, quiet and clean studio apartment. It's in an excellent location. walking distance to Bologna's centre, and close to some good cafés, restaurants, and local supermarkets. Communications with our hosts was excellent.

We ve really enjoyed Valeria’s apartment. Great location we could walk everywhere. Valeria and Luca were really responsive hosts with their communication and the flat was very quirky and comfortable with a lovely patio and great decor we really enjoyed our stay and can only highly recommend it. The garage / parking recommended 1min away was also very secure and practical. Thank you.

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We regularly walked in the mornings, before it got too hot, to the village of Valestra. It is approx 4.5 miles round trip and a

Posto meraviglioso in una posizione bellissima. Diversi alloggi curati e restaurati con passione e competenza, immersi nel verde con vista sulle valli tra Romagna e Toscana. Perfetto sia che si voglia rilassarsi o passeggiare tra borghi e boschi. Assolutamente consigliato.

We had the most amazing time at Benedetta’s place. It really is a little paradise in the Italian countryside. The swimming pool is lovely, there is a lovely outside area where we ate dinner every night and the house was comfortable (if a little warm). I would advise people that there are lots of mosquitoes, obviously this is the case everywhere in Italy and has nothing to do with the property but make sure you bring lots of spray. I would also say regarding the reviews talking about lack of privacy- for the most part we had no issues with this. There was another family staying in the other property but they were friendly and didn’t bother us. There was one night where another guest arrived and was a little bit intrusive- we weren’t clear whether he was staying or whether he was just a friend who had come to use the pool- but Benedetta messaged us and apologised for this. It is a beautiful space and we were so relaxed and happy to be there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Really nice place! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and nice and clean accommodation. Lovely private terrace. The pool was super nice and clean, and we had it all to ourselves. Valter is very friendly and he was flexible both regarding arrival and departure. Although Valter doesn't speak English, communication works fine with Google Translate. Although Valter and his wife live in the same building, you don't hear much from them, so you feel like you have the place all to yourself. A very small downside; The bed on the 1st floor was a very hard. And from the description, you might think that there is aircondition in both bedrooms. However, I had already read in another review that there is only aircon in one of the bedrooms and a fan in the other. We highly recommend the place and would live to visit again some day.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Fantastico soggiorno a Pizzicalaluna! Abbiamo passato due giorni in questo posto magico con il nostro bambino di 7 mesi prima di tornare a Milano. Giulia, Elisabetta e tutto lo staff ci fanno sentire veramente a casa e riempiti di attenzioni e coccole. Il mini appartamento ‘fiore d’angelo’ è attrezzato con tutto il necessario e la piscina ideale per rinfrescarsi. Buona colazione e consigliatissimo prenotare un pranzo o una cena, i prodotti biologici del loro orto sono da assaggiare! Grazie ancora per la bella esperienza.
