Craigieburn garden bothy is a glamping-type single room bothy in a lovely 6-acre garden in beautiful Moffatdale, a great location for walkers and cyclists. The garden has woodlands, waterfalls, wildlife and exceptional planting for you to roam in. The bothy has no mains water or electricity so is a real alternative experience, with separate flush toilet and washing facilities. Otherwise all home comforts are provided with double bed, kitchenette and wood-burning stove to create a cosy atmosphere

The Granary is a category B listed building and has been fully renovated to a high standard and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing short stay. Private grounds with access to a peaceful garden and wonderful countryside views. One mile to local village of Moniaive and six miles drive to Thornhill with great local restaurants and activities. Non smoking and unfortunately no pets.

16 Church Street is a renovated 1 bedroom cottage with open plan living/kitchen area. Literally a moment's walk from the scenic town centre of Moffat with local shops, pubs, restaurants & other amenities. The cottage is next to a river walk & the town, is surrounded by stunning scenery; perfect for avid hillwalkers. Only 5 minutes off the motorway (1.5 hr from Edinburgh,1 hr from Glasgow & 45mins from Carlisle) it's a perfect en route stopover but even better for a week! Welcome!

The Bothy is ideally located just 4 minutes drive from junction 15 of the A74(M). It is in large gardens surrounded by woodland and farmland. There is free parking beside the cottage. The porch has plenty of room for hiking boots, coats and dog leads and seating to relax and watch the rabbits. The two bedrooms have excellent mattresses and thick toppers for a good nights sleep. One bedroom has a wide desk that can also be used as a dressing table. The other has a 3 seat sofa.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.
