O apartamento foi uma surpresa agradável, um condomínio privado muito perto do coliseu! As fichas dos eletrodomésticos não entravam nas tomadas, até descobrirmos que estava escondido um adaptador encaixado em 1 dos eletrodomésticos(só no segundo dia) De resto, o apartamento é um achado luxuoso em Roma! A cama é super confortável e descansamos sempre bem depois de andar imenso pela cidade. Recomendamos

We absolutely loved our stay here!! From the moment we entered the courtyard we felt at home (the neighbors were all lovely as well). The apartment is clean, updated and had everything you need for a short stay. She even provided coffee for the machine :) (huge perk for us!). The team was absolutely lovely communicate with, so sweet, helpful and warm. The elevator was in great working condition which was a huge help with all our bags and a 1 year old but we also used the stairs when leaving the apartment. The building is well kept and safe. It was perfect for our family of 5 (mom, dad, 9yo son, 1 yo son and gandma) with transportation (metro) only a 5 minute walk we were able to get to all the attractions and sights we wanted to see. Having a grocery store across the street (conad) was also lovely! there are plenty of coffee + gelato shops and restaurant near by as well. We hope to return and stay here for our next trip to Rome!! We were so sad to leave. 5 STARS from us! <3

Very comfortable stay, booked 4 nights and definitely enjoyed the stay. Simple apartment with a nice public terrace (nobody really used it when we did, so felt like we had it all to ourselves). Right next to a gym for those who needs to workout on vacation. Andrea was extremely helpful and a great host. Location of the apartment is just few mins walk to the Colleseum & 15-20 mins bus ride away to city centre.

Ho passato 4 giorni a Roma per lavoro, mi sono trovato benissimo l’appartamento era molto bene curato e pulito, la terrazza il punto forte della casa stupenda per aperitivi e cene, Stefania sempre molto gentile per qualasisi mia necessità! Grazie

Situato nel rione Quadraro, a metà strada tra il centro storico e monumentale di Roma e le sue estreme periferie, l'alloggio è stato da poco ristrutturato e si compone di vano ingresso/soggiorno con un divano letto, una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno e cucina. In zona residenziale e servita dalla Metro A (la fermata Porta Furba si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti e in 20 minuti si arriva alla Stazione Termini), l'alloggio è pulitissimo, comodissimo da raggiungere e abbastanza confortevole in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa per poter riposare con presenza di farmacie, supermercati e negozi aperti anche fino a tarda ora che rendono il quartiere assai vivace e aiutano l'ospite a sentirsi a proprio agio. Stefano si è dimostrato sin da subito disponibile, sempre facilmente raggiungibile e attento alle mie esigenze fornendo un'assistenza preziosa e continua. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente e di sicuro da tenere in considerazione per altri soggiorni a Roma. Super consigliato!

Beautiful and charming space! We appreciated the welcome drinks. The laundry room is right next door and it was convenient to be able to wash clothes. The elevator is nice if you are traveling with luggage too. The building is very quiet and safe. The place had a ton of room for 3 people. The book of instructions and recommendations for restaurants was so helpful and we enjoyed them! Showers were hot for 3 people. Wonderful stay with shopping and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was perfectly located for us - Trastevere is an amazing neighborhood, and we were on a beautiful little street within walking distance to fantastic places to eat, and a playground for our children. The apartment is their literal home, meaning you are staying in a beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable place, with space to cook and a little balcony to enjoy some wine at the end of the day :-) We will definitely be back!

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

Sonia and Luca were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts—they truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, they took the time to walk us through the apartment, share helpful tips about the neighborhood, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and easy stay. The apartment itself was a gem—modern, beautifully set up, and incredibly child-friendly. It had everything we could have hoped for, especially for our little toddler who absolutely loved it! There were toys, space to play, and such a calm, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for families looking to unwind away from the city’s usual bustle. Everything felt so well thought-out and fully equipped. It made our time in Rome even more special. Thank you, Sonia and Luca, for your warmth and care—it meant so much to us!

Très bel appartement bien équipé, propre et spacieux, avec climatisation, machine à café et machine à laver qui nous ont été utile. La localisation permet d'atteindre le centre de Rome en une trentaine de minutes. Comptez un peu moins d'une heure pour le Vatican ou quartiers de l'autre côté de la ville. Parfait pour notre séjour :)

Die Wohnung war in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit vielen kleinen netten Restaurants und Bars. Fußläufig. zur spanischen Treppe war es circa 1 km, was aber schnell gelaufen ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Thai Massage, Pediküre, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, alles direkt um die Ecke. Einfach perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Rom.

Marina is a great host! Very responsive and has lots of suggestions for getting around the city. She’s always there when you need her. The apartment is great for two people. Bed is comfy. Kitchen has all the essentials. Shower is small if you’re on the tall side. The terrace is a great place to relax in the shade. The host leaves lots of sweet treats around to make you feel at home. The apartment was easy to find. Very close to the train station and bus stop. A short walk and you can see the top of St. Peter’s Basilica and are at the Square in 10 minutes. We ended up walking everywhere but there lots of transit options to get you near the big landmarks.

The place is great and accurately described. Super walkable (to different neighborhoods too) and easy to access. Michelle was great and super helpful. FYI, the washer/dryer is a combined unit so loads can take awhile.

Fabrizio's place was perfect in every way for our visit to Rome. So clean, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, washer and dryer were easy to use and the bed was very comfortable. The tram was a 5 min or less walk and it was super easy to get everywhere by public transport from Fabrizio's apartment. We took a taxi from the Trastevere train station which was only €10 but we easily could have walked across the street and taken the number 8 tram for €1.50 and rode to the next stop. After the long plane journey we were thankful to not climb the hill with our luggage but it would have been completely doable if we had not been so tired. Two days before our departure we discovered late in the evening that a train strike was scheduled for the next night at 9pm. I messaged Fabrizio at 11pm and he responded immediately with help info on how to navigate or situation. Highly recommend this super responsive host & his lovely apartment if your travel plans are taking you to Rome.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I would give this home 6 stars, if possible! We really underutilized the property because we were always going somewhere to see other towns and historic sights, so we were not home much. My only note would be to have cash for the additional deposits, as it does not indicate that in the listing. Lovely place I would love to return to❤️

Close to the metro, tram and bus stops, and not far from Termini. Place stayed cool and relatively quiet during hot days. Nice CD collection, good books to browse. Host was responsive and helpful.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! C’est sûr, nous reviendrons et cette fois ci avec notre fille ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

The place was perfect. Very clean, the location și good, close to the metro. Very nice terrace and Gabriele was very responsive and nice. I highly recommend this place.
