Amazing place!! The entire apartment is very unique and so nice. We all loved it so much. Andrea’s recommendations of places to eat were perfect. These are restaurants you may not find on your own but were all so good. Location is perfect, we walked everywhere and we were close to everything. The garden patio, unique windows and everything in the apartment has a very calming vibe. Andrea was super easy to coordinate our arrival. We loved it and we were all so glad that we stayed there.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

The apartment was very clean, equipped with all comforts and in a great location! Highly recommend !

Very nice. Definitely a good place for a couple to stay at, very close to tram and bus lines that go to the heart of the city. And a lot of great restaurants at a walking distance. Kind of pricey but very good overall 👌🏻

It is always a pleasure to stay at Fede's place. It is just off of Piazza Testaccio, the absolutely wonderful town square of the neighborhood. Countless cafes, inexpensive trattorias, nicer restaurants and friendly neighborhood shops are within a few minutes walk.

Absolutely loved the location, close enough to walk everywhere but out of the main hustle & bustle. Restaurants & best little Jewish bakery on the street right outside. Having own kitchen meant we didn’t have to eat out every night which was good as we were exhausted after some big days exploring. David was a great communicator and also provided information for restaurants when asked & checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again. We just spent four amazing nights at Stefano’s place in Testaccio. Everything was perfect. The beds, the amenities, honestly I could go on all day! I would absolutely stay here again if I am ever back in Rome. There is an A/C unit in every room which was so wonderful in the June heat! The beds were a medium firm, which is a perfect middle ground for both soft & firm preferences. Stefano was so kind and responsive. The apartment is even better in person. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

We travel to Rome often, this is the best place so far. There is a terrace with shade, ideal to cool off when the weather is too hot. The host provided things for the breakfast in the fridge as well as free soft drinks. Upon arrival we were met by the host Andrea who showed us in. The Colosseum is 5 minutes by foot.

A big thank you to Elvin and his friend for their exceptional hospitality! They are lovely, caring hosts! Elvin is wonderfully good at taking care of us, he has made our task a lot easier on many things, and is always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly in line with the description. A truly beautiful encounter and an address that we treasure! We'll definitely be back, and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

we had an amazing stay. the place is newly renovated and super clean, also cosy. 2 bathrooms come in very handy. the building itself is old and the street is being renovated. but the area is super authentic. with great restaurants and shops around. real Roman experience. loved it! not to forget that the owner is super helpful.

Very cozy and well designed place. We enjoyed a lot our stay there, nice views of everyday roman life, good warm coffee, and an ukulele :); restaurants, parks and stores outside. Sara was very kind and responsive.

Armanda is an amazing host. Her house is just gorgeous. The location is central and close to everything. Armanda is a wonderful person. And her house is super clean and so organized. She was always responsive. She was there to welcome us and she came before we left to wish us a safe trip. I honestly have no words to describe how great Armanda is as a person and how wonderful her house is. We can't wait to come back again.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

The apartment is excellently located, close to the subway, with two bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and allows you to cook. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Giordano was a great host. Accommodation was clean, tidy and exactly as described. Easy to find all of the tourist attractions with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay!

Perfect in every way. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Colosseum and many other sights. Lots of great places to eat close by and also a supermarket and mini-market across the street. Close to the Metro and hop-on/hop-off bus. The apartment was perfect, modern, comfortable and super-clean and had all the amenities you could need. I’m sure if there was something else you needed the hosts would assist with no problem at all. Thank you Stephano and Francesca for a wonderful stay and we will be back again for sure in the cooler months.
