Holiday rentals with a patio in Montebello

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. Beautiful and beautifully maintained apartment with just the right balance of original charm and updated finishings; situated in an incredibly lovely neighborhood that's a quick walk to the beach and nearly everything else you need; spacious patio *and* a little balcony on which to soak up the sun and your coffee or a sunset and wine. Pamela, the host, was communicative, friendly, generous, and thoughtful. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Pamela!

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful breeze with the windows open. There are two very cute dogs on the property, they're very friendly. The view was incredible. There is a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance. Very centrally located for things to do in silverlake. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

I really can’t say enough about my experience at Andrew’s place! Super comfy. Super thoughtful. Great bedding and pillows. Many good instructions. Awesome coffee shop in the lobby. Felt super safe. Nice and friendly staff and neighbors. Free Parking. I was down for a conference at the convention center and I could walk everywhere. Friends also stayed in the building and we all looked at each others places and Andrew’s by far was the nicest! And Andrew made everything super easy. thank you!!!!

Place is as described and photos. The view at night is amazing!! Holly was very responsive and helpful. I loved the decor and the simplicity of the space. Building is very safe and secure despite being downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed over at her beautiful home for 2 days I felt right at home when I walked in it was super clean. Nice restaurants that are 2 minute walk there’s also a grocery store in the apartment building so it’s very convenient. I absolutely loved her place.

The Airbnb was quaint and cozy. A nice stay for myself and my two sons while we enjoyed LA. Lots of restaurants in the area. Loved that it was private from the other houses on the property. Felt safe. Will recommend or visit again.

Our stay at Paul’s place was wonderful. He was super responsive for any concerns, helped us out in one of the most eventful weekends we’ve had and the house was stocked with everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and had so much room to hang out with the family. Cannot recommend his house more!! The area was so peaceful, easy to find and quiet. Would definitely stay there again! Excellent communication from the host. Convenient location. Right off the freeway, a 7-11 around the corner and a great breakfast/burger joint as well. Beds are comfortable and good water pressure. Enough beds for everyone in our group. We like entertainment/game options provided. Washer//Dryer is a nice touch. We did not need to use it but it is nice to have the option. Plenty of utensils and plates. We had a wonderful time staying here for our dance workshop. Thank you!

Great stay! Jesse was super responsive and the place was more beautiful than the pictures. Super bright due to all the windows and mattresses/pillows were extremely comfortable. Food was amazing in the area as well

It is a great place to stay, especially considering getting a private space for your group, the safe parking spot for your car etc. The place is very similar to described in the listing and was very clean, with all the basic amenities needed for one's stay. One thing to keep in mind, it is towards the east side of LA and if you are planning to visit LA as a tourist, then all the tourist spots is a bit of drive from here. But overall, great experience.

The property was very beautiful. The views were immaculate. I love the openness, and I love the very expensive amenities of the kitchen. It is a very nice place I really enjoyed it.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!
