A nice comfortable, spacious and clean house. Miranda and her son were very helpful and kind. The view of the beautiful sea, quiet area in a great location.

The house is really beautiful, spacious and well-stocked, great for group trips! The village is easily accessible by car and is super quiet and immersed in the Tuscan hills.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

The overnight stay in Mrs. Roberta's house was exhaustive and satisfying. Far exceeding expectations. From the very first moment, we felt a welcoming atmosphere, with attention to the smallest details and designed to offer guests a comfortable stay. The property was in perfect condition: the cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were tidy and well organized. Every detail was taken care of, and showed attention to the needs of the customers. The house is also equipped with numerous amenities and useful gadgets, which made our evening even more pleasant and carefree. We were welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who guided us on a short but exhaustive tour of the house, clearly illustrating the operation of each appliance and courteously answering all our questions. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a peaceful, comfortable and above-average experience. For us, it was a complete experience.

We stayed at Giuliani's place for a couple of nights. The house is very big and comfortable and well equipped, the garden and the barbecue is a big plus. We found the communication with Giuliano very nice and efficient. Overall a very pleasant stay!

A real corner of paradise! The garden, with attention to the smallest details, offers an atmosphere of absolute relaxation, while the whirlpool tub is a true gem. Everything is impeccably clean, and communication with the host has always been clear and courteous. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with great helpfulness and they carefully showed us every comfort of the house. In addition, we received valuable advice on local attractions, which made our stay even more special. If I could, I'd give it more than five stars!

Our stay in Saturnia at FonteNuova was picture perfect. We stayed in the main house and loved every second of our time there. The hosts provided unbelievable recommendations that made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Waking up you truly feel like you were in a Tuscan film. It was the perfect quiet and peaceful location with the ultimate rustic feel. We cannot wait to come back!

The Rosa "Belle Ange" Villa was the absolute perfect destination to end our Italian holiday. The property is beautiful and exactly as advertised. Jacopo is a thoughtful and attentive host. The fresh produce and beverages stocked in the fridge were a great touch. When we had a slight issue, he responded quickly to correct the problem. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We had a great 2 week in Riano. Roberto listened to our requests and was extremely responsive. The villa is perfect, the pool is even bigger than in the photos, very well located but traveling by car is recommended! Shops are nearby for shopping, even as some small restaurants. Hoping to return as soon as possible to enjoy the charm of Italy.

She was extremely friendly, very helpful and responded quickly when we had any type of question for her. The house is absolutely beautiful!! It had a nice long, private gated driveway with a beautiful yard with fruit trees. The house, and the grounds were clean, and clutter free when we arrived. Loredana had also suggested a few places for us to go that were in close proximity to the House location. We would definitely return to her house if we were ever in that area!
