Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location, walkable, and easy to find. Claudia was responsive and flexible. The accommodation was comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed was included. We loved the small, private outdoor sitting area. Thank you!

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

We had a wonderful stay at La Bandita! Debora is an amazing host who takes care of every detail. We were welcomed with thoughtful gifts – wine, pasta, homemade jams – a true taste of Tuscany. The house is beautifully equipped: spices, oils, kitchen tools, ice cubes, even toothbrushes and soaps in the bathroom. Extra towels, cozy blankets, and everything we could possibly need were provided. The location is peaceful and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan countryside. Breakfasts on the terrace with the panoramic view were unforgettable. Communication with Debora was excellent – she was kind, responsive, and made us feel at home. We truly felt taken care of and appreciated every moment spent there. La Bandita is a magical place, full of warmth and charm. We’d love to return one day – it felt like a home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for an authentic and comfortable Tuscan getaway. We'd love to come back!

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

This was the cutest apartment with a stunning & large outdoor patio. Patrizja left us coffee, milk, tea, sugar & pastries so that we were able to sit outside & enjoy our coffee on her stunning patio when we woke up. My only complaint was the smell of potpourri was overwhelming. Such a cute town & great apartment- we highly recommend.

Valentina’s apartment was exactly what we needed! It was in perfect condition, close enough to the Rome airport to easily make a mid day flight and far enough to enjoy a day of peace and quiet in a classic and very friendly Italian town. We especially loved how much space the home has and all the great recommendations and instructions left for us. Thanks so much!!! I will miss my morning coffee in your patio 😊

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

We immediately felt at home in Maria Ida and Alessandro's apartment. There was everything you could need and plenty of space for two people. The terrace and the balcony were still our favorite places to sit in the fresh air and hear the birds singing. Alessandro was extremely hospitable and helpful. We will gladly return.

It’s a fantastic location and everything you could imagine from dreams of Tuscany. The house was perfect and the birdlife and pool fabulous.

This place is so beautiful.It has the most beautiful scenery and friendly service staff.We delayed our check-out, and the staff gave us a lot of flexibility to rest and use the facilities. It's very, very beautiful here, whether it's the equipment, decoration, environment, scenery, it's very stunning, it's worth it, it's very, very good.

Great place, to keep in favor. Quiet accommodation, well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, shower towels, no microwave), clean and spawning despite the outdoor heat. Very nice and warm host and above all very helpful. And the pool and just great, quiet and well arranged and very clean with plenty of sunbed for everyone (lack of toilet). With our two children (6 and 2 years old) it was just perfect, crib, high chair. Nothing to say. And sharing the pool is an opportunity to meet new people, adults and children, everyone and very nice. Perfect.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. Lovely spacious apartment, full of character, beautiful setting with a great view over the old town of Viterbo. Very well equipped. Paola is a very responsive host, very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. This place was magical. I fell asleep every night listening to the waterfall in the ravine. Town was a fairytale spot. I never got tired of exploring the beautiful, twisting old streets. Property was just as promised. Rikke went so far above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even arranging a money saving ride to the train station for me. Great experience!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Ginevra's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Excellent location, very enjoyable spaces, exquisitely equipped terrace. Ginevra was extremely kind and helpful, it was a shame not to spend more days there as it is perfect for enjoying Viterbo and its surroundings. Definitely recommended!

Together with my wife, we focused on Nicoletta's accommodation as a base to visit nearby Todi and then Orvieto. It turned out to be a good choice for the location, space and cleanliness, and we appreciated the nice welcome (even with both still and sparkling water in the fridge, and candies) from Nicoletta, after the precise contacts with Gabriela. Highly recommended accommodation.
