Monthly Rentals in Monterey

This was an amazing stay in seaside. The apartment was clean and full of character. It was very welcoming, had a very at home feeling, and to make it even better it was 420 friendly. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you to our host for the hospitality, quick replies, and the pleasure of renting the apartment for the weekend!

Very cozy and quiet with a “home” feeling. Will definitely up look this location again when we return to Monterey/Carmel.

The room and bath were exactly as described and very comfortable and clean. We had no problems and the hosts were friendly and very helpful. It’s set in a lovely garden at the back of the house. We would happily stay here again

My wife and I stayed at Helen’s place in Pacific Grove for the first five months in 2025. It quickly became home for us.. the unit was extremely spacious and clean, with a phenomenal kitchen and great living areas. Everything was clean and we had no surprise issues through whole stay. Helen was a perfect host, and even went out of her way to help replace the key after I lost it midway through the stay. The unit is well maintained inside and out. We already miss living there and hope to return again someday!
