The Bachlaufen Haus, at 1310 meters above sea level, next to a stream, is located a short walk from the center of the country and 800 meters from the cable car of Mount Elmo (2433 m), from where many ski slopes depart. The attic apartment is simply exceptional, consisting of a living room, a dining room with mountain views, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a spacious and panoramic balcony and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

The Essence apartment is an open space with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an equipped kitchen, a large balcony, and a veranda overlooking the house's garden. The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
