Studio apartment located on a farm only 20 minutes from Reykjavík!:) on the way to the golden circle which offers room for two people. Come and stay at our farm and visit our wonderful animals and/or get fresh egg from our chickens in the morning to cook in the apartment. There are also fun experiences around our farm such as a lot of beautiful hiking trails, horse riding and more. It's a very good location to plan day trips from. If there are northern lights you can see right outside the door.

Cosy appartment in a quiet neighborhood in Mosfellsbær. Many great walking trail and hike. Short from great nature and green area. Lágafellslaug is very popular swimmingpool its so nice to relax in a hot tip. Short from golfcourse by the sea side. Grocery store 900 meters away. One the best bakery in Iceland is also 900 meters away. Center of Reykjavík is 11 km away, you can take bus to Reykjavík no 15, it stops 2 min walk from us. Thingvellir National Park is ca. 30 min drive from Mosfellsbær.

Gunnu Hús by Meðalfellsvatn ( Our lakeside cottage nestles at the foot of Medalfell mountain and the garden leads right down to the lake. The views are spectacular, of the lake and its surrounding mountain scape; it is a place of pure tranquility. It has 3 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen and sitting room. It has a large double bedroom, and small double bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. It is well known and often listed as one of the most scenic and lovely summer cottages in Iceland.

A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

Great place, warm and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Great location, possibility to park right in front and for free, the capital is within 20 min drive. The hosts are great, Malene gave us all the necessary information before our arrival and once there her husband greeted us and answered our questions and even recommended several things to us. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Wonderful stay in a lovely home from home. Perfectly clean, excellent location, great for those with children. Beautiful view, even spotted the northern lights from the balcony one night! Cannot recommend it enough as a base to stay when exploring Iceland. Would recommend and would definitely return.

Perfect place to stay in Iceland, its in between all the beautiful spots on the west coast. House is super cozy, the directions Bjarki gave to find the house was perfect. 10/10 recommend, stay here if you come to Iceland!

We had a great stay at Iris and Nicholas’s place. The location outside the city was very convenient for easy day trips to explore the northwest and golden circle. We felt welcomed, with clear instructions and proactive communication. We were too busy and exhausted to use it, but the hot tub looked super inviting and I bet you could get some great Aurora views while relaxing with good weather.
